Oh also, an interesting pair I've found are Helicath and Black Knight. The 2 turn Continuous Heal and 2 turn 60% def...on a 2 turn cool down...are amazing for Helicath. With Helicath's shield/block damage they just go and go and go and go lol.

I'm guessing this group would be plowed in Spider 20 lol? I just got Reliquary Tender and Painkeeper during my Helicath pulls. I got RT to 60 tonight, and my painkeeper is 50 at the moment. I'm about to make another 6 star and I'm really debating this. Reliquary Tender has been fairly underwhelming (I was lucky, the stack of books I had went two on her A1, and the rest on her A2 and A3). Granted my stats aren't as good as yours...RT only has +39.7khp, +1862def, and 201spd. I have only 1st tier masteries and no Relentless set. I did build my Painkeeper in a Shield set oddly enough. She has no books, no masteries, and at level 50 her stats run 33.8khp, 999def, and 196spd.

I have relatively decent champs...consistently Gold II in the Arena. Mostly good epics with the majority of their masteries...including Miscreated Monster, Skullcrown, Rector Drath, Doompriest, Venomage, Dhukk, and Magnarr at 60. These are the core of most of my teams. I've got a BOATLOAD of level 50 5 star epics, including Achek, Fayne, High Katun, Hordin, Royal Guard (he mostly just dies no matter how I gear him so I gave up awhile back), Ghrush, Visionary. There's twice as many 4 star epics. The 5 and 4 stars mostly sit in the vault until it's Faction War day. 6 star rares include Coldheart, Apo, and Reliquary Tender...with Painkeeper, Bellower, another Coldheart, Diabolist, the entire starting lineup (Elhain, Galek, Athel, and Kael), and a few others at 5 star. Of those I only use Apo and Coldheart consistently (just got RT and PK). 6 star legendaries include Grohak (which I got DUPES of and leveled up once lol...yes, a +1 Grohak...he's actually pretty good in spider with the 100% turn meter delete), Helicath, and Fu-Shan. 5 star legendaries include Deliana, Brakus, Black Knight, Elenaril, and Raf-Matab. With these I Dragon 20 in a similar time (5 min consistent), Ice Golem 16 in 2 minutes, and FK 16 in 4 minutes. I'm lagging behind on Spider at 13. I'm sure my gear is sub par for the champs I have...but as you can tell from the RQ and PK builds (which are among my fastest)...it's not totally horrible. I usually go Speed and accuracy (if they used it) first, crit rate, then crit damage...pushing the pertinent main state (atk, def, hp) as I can in between. NONE of my champs are anywhere near builds you say are appropriate for ftp accounts, lol. My Helicath for example is relatively typical of my account, with 35khp, 3.6kdef, 173 speed, 113 crit rate, and 82 crit damage. Rector Drath is 50khp, 2.2kdef, 167spd, no crit rate or dmg to speak of, and 223 accuracy. These are typical of my builds, even with most gear (4, 5, and 6 star forged...usually Perception or Instinct, with fillers from the dungeons) on these champs leveled up to 16.

Anyhow...I'm curious if RT and Painkeeper together would make it worth 6 starring Painkeeper over some of the epics. Maybe Painkeeper would be a better fit with Rector Drath as she's currently the one keeping me alive in Spider, lol.

Ok, I had to stop the video as soon as I saw the stats on Painkeeper. 70k HP, 2k Def, 187 speed, and 127 acc. If I had gear like that, I wouldn't need to farm lvl 20 dungeons. My point being, is that he already has a massive amount of gear that's already leveled to 16 that he can throw onto different combos of characters. OF COURSE they'll be able to farm the content.

Hey ash, is this team still good or is there any patch nerf for one of them?

What would you do if you have a mountain king in shield armor on that team. What would you do? Move the shield armor to pain keeper or build her diff?

For Dragon, can I sub Frozen Banshee in for Kael?

So many substitutes I'd like to try out. I've got Duchess Lilitu or Lyssandra for lead. I've got the Bellower & Thylessia combo for spreading debuffs, or add in Demytha? I've got Foli if he's any good in this mix. Or I've got Rae (I think she does a 33% speed aura in all dugeons?) and maybe she'd be a good lead/nuker. Any thoughts Ash or community? Also if you do any account takover vids, i'm a FTP with 50M silver, 18k gems, and lots of good champs sitting at 50 with lots of food and books.

for the aveerage player this just dosnt work. No one but the 1% have the gear to put on these characters. If we did we wouldn't be using rares!

For someone who shares their gaming experience, makes me wonder how many other people have the same level on their account. Looks like commitment here. Not really relevant to me because I don't have a massive collection of Champions that are epic and legendary. The grind goes on.

This video makes me so sad because I used both Bellower and Pain Keeper to level up other champs when I was new to the game. The pain T.T

I got like my 3rd Ancient Shard today and I opened it cause it was a 2 times event and I got Crimson Helm. At this point I don't even care if I get a legendary or not.

Lay on Hands, Healing Savior, Merciful Aid work with Reliquary Tender now. I tried it and it works increases the heals quite a bit.

this is nice if you have all them maxed out, but what if I have pain keeper at 30 . just got Apothecary, and tender started with kael..but no belowrare. nice to have video for people who don't have all the champs .. who do we put in place of others??

Got 4 of this 5 champions and can swap the apothecary for khatun, for example. The next step is easiest - to farm 6* items from 10 spider and 11 fire knight to make this couple work well! :D :D :D

Has anyone tried either of these two in a curing set since the set buff? I am wondering if that set is viable on healers now

I don't understand why you mixed a piece (gauntlets) from the Speed set with a piece (boots) from the Daze set. You're missing out on the 12% SPD bonus of having 2 Speed pieces. Is it really not that important to focus on matching pieces to get the "matching bonus"?
