Thinking you will go on forever with that person. When all your dreams are shattered. They used you. You don't know how you'll ever trust again.. that fine line between "I'm ok, I'm healing" during the day... and crying into your pillow at nite. Why do we have to feel this?

I just gotta remember to trust the cyclical nature of reality and that this too will pass. And new love will find us agian.

Needed this tonight

My heart is broken - I ended a relationship of 9 years and realised I love him and I didn't want this to end. He on the other hand didn't want to work it out. 3 weeks later, he is now on dating apps, hitting on someone who I thought was my closest friend and we still live together because we own a home. I feel devastated and at times very alone. I've lost my best friend and I don't know who he is anymore. I've been listening to this for a few days now before bed, it has really helped. Thank you.

Dating this guy for 3 months and I started to notice that he was becoming distant. The more he became distant, the more I felt myself going crazy. I broke up with him and then he told me that he didn’t want to date anymore that “it’s not you, it’s me” “How I should be feeling I’m not feeling it with you”. I’m taking it pretty hard and really been talking down on myself to a point where I believe that I don’t deserve love and I don’t deserve a happy ending. Everyone that hurt me got a happy ending expect for me. I want to keep meditating until I get all of the negative thoughts out of me and I’m starting off with this. I really hope it works.

This is so powerful Lina. It is so compelling like I felt love and wholeness once again. I am the light and become one with the universe.

I don’t want to love someone who hurt me and doesn’t love me I don’t want them in my heart. With all the anger and hate I feel a small part of me still loves that person and I don’t want that feeling. Time heals all wounds I cannot wait until this pain is gone.

Was broken up with 2 days ago and really struggling. Not able to sleep or eat. Not sure how i'm going to manage work tomorrow with barely any sleep. Extremely painful experience, it feels like a death has happened, only the person is still here. I always feel that i always love more and it's always harder for me to walk away, even when i know the relationship isn't quite right... if anyone's out there, any words of encouragement or wisdom welcome ❤
