Are you using an upgraded version? How did you establish tone, writing style, etc?

I would look to switch from Zoom to MS Teams if it would create a transcript & use ChatGPT to autocreate the minutes from that - live - which could be also edited in real time.

Great video. What about recording a meeting and then getting AI to assimilate it as per your video. Being about search and jump to a selection a section would be great. Thoughts? Thanks

I have followed your suggestions and added a Teams transcription to ChatGPT but it is telling me that The message you submitted was too long, please reload the conversation and submit something shorter. Would you know what the limit is for the amount of text you can submit?

I think we do the same job and I appreciate your video because I'm trying to implement chatGPT for this scope. Anyway this is a simple example.

In order to implement it in a real use case with dozen of lines, particularly on large projects with recurring update meetings, my idea is to create a dashboard on Excel to ease the periodic revision (weekly in my case), pass it through chatGPT to organize it (as you do in your video) and finally copy/paste or export it to Word for final version.

The next level would be to havea Word template already formatted so to save further time when finalizing the doc.... do you agree?

Is it safe to use Chat GPT for meeting minutes ?

Ms Teams transcript , doesn't record correctly. I have to listen to the recording and correct the transcript. Once I'm done with that , i then copy and paste it on ChatGPT to ask her to summarise the texts for minutes. I get better results all the time. What takes long is listening to the video again because chatgpt translates wrong words sometimes

What if the transcript text is very long 3 time the allowed character limit in chat gpt ? How to get the meeting minutes in this case?

Would that be allowed to be used within corporate settings or only in informal meetings? I have my doubts on confidentiality matters...

Or.... you could transcribe the meeting verbatim and then drop the notes in AI and let the AI write/organize the notes for you. Much simpler
