Never cut towards yourself!!!
ОтветитьMy Delica 4 in K390 would beat both.
ОтветитьThis is apples and oranges.. mauradee vs shaman is more of a equal test..
ОтветитьBro u gonna get hurt 1 day
ОтветитьFeel sorry for that femoral artery
ОтветитьWhat color is the handle on the spiderCo I want to buy one
ОтветитьIn the UK the Marauder is three times the price of the PM 2. So is this even a fair comparison. I don't think so. Sorry.
ОтветитьThis guy is a dumbass.
Who taught you to use a knife?
One day you will slip and destroy your leg if you continue pulling a knife like that towards your body.
Dumb, Dumb, Dumb.
watching u cut towards yourself like that had me holding my breath. stay safe my friend
ОтветитьBut thanks for the test and nice review...
ОтветитьI wouldn't buy his overpriced stupid looking knives
Ответитьi’m not sure if this is only a demonstration of thickness behind the edge. I think there might be two other factors at play. The hollow grind, combined with the thicker stock, may separate the material more easily. The ergonomics may also be a factor in how much leverage you can effectively exert. if you want to only look at edge thickness, just use two of the same knife - grind 1 PM 2 to 5 thousandths and leave the other at 20 thousandths and do the same for a pair of marauders.
ОтветитьCut away from the body kids.. Unless you want to be called one ball johny 🤣
ОтветитьBoy, Im glad you didnt slip just to make a video!!! you almost cut your nuts off!!! the Medford is a clear winner as it should be... I love the vid, but these are apples and oranges.. you cant put a medford up against a Spiderco PM can you?
ОтветитьYou paid $300 for a car?
Ответить😬😬
Ответитьidk if this is just thinness bte. The wedge shape of a thicker blade keeps the tire from pinching the blade. Like a axe vs a thin saw.
ОтветитьI have a safe full of Spydies, Medfords and Microtechs and I wouldnt cut a tire with any of them.Nice review!
ОтветитьIn general, you should always cut away from yourself and not towards yourself
ОтветитьWho the hell spends twice as much money on a folding pocket knife, than what their car is worth??? My car is worth $16,000. I sure as hell am Not going to spend $32,000 on a folding pocket knife... And then brag about it. People would say I'm a friken idiot. Hello! Common sense... Why would you spend that much money on a folding pocket knife, when you're driving a '99 Camry??? 🤔 Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
ОтветитьWeak beta male
ОтветитьThat's an Apple and Orange test. The thinner blade will obviously be better.
ОтветитьI was cringing when you had your knee right in line with your cutting path against that tire.🥶 If that thing was to slip outtake there,..?...?...E.R. is your next stop. Always keep extremities clear of the natural path while pulling g with all your mite. Seriously. Takes a millisecond to happen.
ОтветитьWhy anyone would ever cut towards their body is beyond me. I would t even cut a box towards myself. This is just plain stupidity. Hope you never cut yourself like this. No matter how dumb you may be. Definitely not a knife person by nature. Also if you’re doing heaving cutting like this on a tire for whatever reason. You wouldn’t be using a folding pocket knife. And would definitely be wearing gloves. Everything about this video screams “moron”. Be safe please.
ОтветитьCutting tires aren't every day tasks. Pm2 is one of the best edc gears to have on daily basis imo but I'm not gonna go hunting with a pm2. That's otuer knive u have is too clunky to carry every day. Differnt tools performs different task better. But for a edc everyday carry I prefer pm2 all day.
ОтветитьWtf did I just watch 11 mins of my life ill never get back
ОтветитьIt looked to me like the PM2 actually cut better, but the "hot spots" would be a problem, between those two knives I can see how the Medford would feel better.
ОтветитьVery informative! Thank you for giving such a clear demonstration of hard use! And all of the additional information you provided during the test helped a lot!
ОтветитьMedford knives are total DOUCHEBAGS
DO NOT BUY
OUTRAGEOUS PRICE and shitty to deal with
This is comparing apples to skittles. Not sure if the purpose is to try to justify to yourself spending 700 on a Medford, but just on blade profile alone the PM2 wasn’t made for that kind of cutting . It’s a slicer . I got absolutely nothing from this video besides PM2 can cut through a tire and wear a glove for comfort. Why you would never use a fix blade with carbon steel is beyond my understanding.
ОтветитьWas anyone else waiting for the "knife in the groin" scene? this guy scary as hell,
btw i love my Metford Marauder
who cuts tires,,,,,,
ОтветитьThis was an epic failure in trying to play up medford knives cutting ability...
ОтветитьAnd you go to the gym 🤣 don’t skip leg day guys.
ОтветитьOne day...... Medford
ОтветитьYou’d think I’d learned this by now, how do you determine how many 1000s behind the edge?
ОтветитьI just want to know how many of your viewers have ever had to fucking cut a tire with a pocket knife, WTF
ОтветитьDude the whole time I am just thinking about when is he going to slip and jab it in your leg! I felt like a Nascar fan waiting for a wreck! 🙉
ОтветитьРезать научись!! Лось!!!!
ОтветитьMedford knives are trash tho
ОтветитьFunny, since one of the main criticisms of Medford knives is that they are just too thick to slice and cut. your test proves them wrong. thank you! I enjoy all of your videos
ОтветитьI MUST JUSTIFY MY PURCHASE
ОтветитьGloves.
And improve body English.
If that slipped, you won’t have a leg
ОтветитьPro tip for cutting rubber dip your blade in oil or soap
ОтветитьPeople in the comment calm the fuck down he will survive no worry
ОтветитьI couldn’t watch this so reckless
ОтветитьYou freakin' genius-- make some new vids, it's been months.
Ответить
