I mean, tbf Oli has a fuck ton more trauma. I mean 5 years, and the torture. Amongst losing multiple close people, yes I know the flash has too. But is it really comparable?

I always knew how this Green Arrow adaption was basically another Batman, but even his Oliver Queen persona is literally just Bruce Wayne. I forgot just how similar Oliver was to Bruce Wayne. Both were billionaires that over exaggerated their cocky rich kid attitude to mask their true vigilante self and protect those close to them.

Every time Oliver and Barry were on screen together it showed the hypocrisy of The Flash. The Flash is fast enough to never have any enemies and is way more self absorbed than arrow.

Oliver Queen's mindset is the best in the Arrowverse... the show writers make it look like he wasn't... in the beginning, he started out as the quiet guy, in the end, he becamea true leader. He had perfect flaws which made him relatable, and that is why he is the best Arrowverse character...

I wonder if Oliver would still be able to fight crime if he somehow ended up turning into a little kid in the 8-12 year age range. Would have made a good epoisde if a meta human or super genius someone turned Oliver into a child. Thea could say how cute always wanted a little brother as she picks him up. He says put me down I'm still your older brother. Might have gotten an episode like that if someone thought of it.

Oliver is so damn right about Barry being emotionally healthy lol. Even here, in that last scene with Oliver and Barry, Barry doesn't even try to defend himself about the sappy speeches (putting aside the flash's monotone writing roast) or needing Iris' council, he just like, accepts it real chill and tells Oliver hey, you need and get it too! (the felicity invented quarterbacking comment) And, also, when he realizes the discussion is just Oliver being annoyed with him, decides to end it instead of taking the bait! Not to mention he's the only character in the arrowverse who can actually feasibly hold his ground against roasty Oliver, just makes sure to pick his battles... Barry's pretty iconic!

I just realized that when Oliver said "i didn't realize you wanted to sleep with my mother" that he probably did it because A.) Redirect from the fact that he shouldn't know Russian and B.) Addressing something that they were hiding from him
