Thank you for holding Russell❤
ОтветитьWith all the plants there are, you remember their names pretty much every time. It's impressive!
ОтветитьLove the organization and clean up I'm sure you feel better it would me too 👍💚💞
ОтветитьHow do you know which plants need a "cold dormancy period" in order to be productive next year?
ОтветитьI just learned from Jenny at creekside about "growth regulation." I think that's what it's called. Anyway, that explains a lot about plants I've purchased over the years. But what I mostly want to say is that I have learned so much from you and Jenny over the years. That now I have people tell me they love my yard, that my flowers are beautiful. Thank you for being there for all of us. Of course, my yard is pretty small in comparison. Correction: its call growth regulators. 😊❤
ОтветитьAhhhh, so satisfying Russell petting time!
ОтветитьThe Hartley looks so serene and restful with the various hues of green. Love it.
ОтветитьAwww, Russell getting hugs from Mom Laura. 💖💖💖
ОтветитьLeaf blower, Laura. Leaf blower 😂
ОтветитьWonderful video, as always! I agree with you, just touching and inspecting plants that you plan to use for the future is soothing, like looking over your babies. You showed us some Hellenium, that was a new plant for my ears, do you have that in the landscape already? Looks kind of like a large rudbeckia?
ОтветитьI am planning on doing a winter sowing of Blonde Ambition in milk jugs. Hope I have half your success! They look great in drifts. You are a great organizer!!!
ОтветитьHi 👋 Laura
ОтветитьBeautiful everything you touch your green thumb shines threw to spectacular Laura !
ОтветитьHave you ever tried using a torch to clean up your grasses? I used to do it with all my ornamental grasses in Illinois in late Fall or Winter.
ОтветитьI get so inspired by your videos.
ОтветитьI love that birdbath arrangement with the succulents. How many plants are in there?
Ответить“What a pleasant time… just out here by myself…” says every introverted gardener 🩷. Looks like a great day. 😊
ОтветитьSo satisfying to cut back and organize. I’d rather do that than housework any day of the week! Question, what fertilizer do you use on the succulents? Does it really need to be specific? Yes, I could search back videos or just ask and hope you’ll answer!
ОтветитьI just love Russell and Cheddar 🧡🧡
ОтветитьRussell Russell he’s such a little lover!! Melted my heart! ❤
ОтветитьSo good to see Russel getting his hugs ❤. Your high tunnels look fantastic. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьGreat job Laura I got satisfaction just watching you clean up. I love seeing things well organized.
ОтветитьDoes anyone know what happened to cheddar? Did he die? I haven’t seen him in forever
Ответить😊I think Russell has chosen you as his favorite human!! ❤ it's so nice to have the various buildings/tunnels/ggreenhouses available fir storage and doing what you love in 20 degree weather😮
ОтветитьRussel ❤️’s Laura
ОтветитьYour succulent birdbath is absolutely stunning!
ОтветитьSanta needs to bring you a leaf shredding vacuum. 🍂
ОтветитьThat birdbath succulent arrangement ❤❤❤
ОтветитьReally surprised to hear you say your aeoniums go dormant in the winter. Mine grow like crazy in the winter; they are summer dormant here in 9b California.
ОтветитьRussel ❤❤❤❤ and you for not being too busy to give him your attentions 💕
ОтветитьHi
your brave to get out there to organize the tunnels and cleanups, it really looks nice. Your string of pearls you might want to think about watering it underneath instead of over. Thank you Laura for sharing this video. Have a wonderful rest of the day
Organizing is so satisfying-it looks great. I also would just enjoy handling the plants, too! Oh, that Russell. He sure brings joy to us all. He's such a character and lover.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing…very inspiring!
ОтветитьOh, to have even a small amount of land, great structures, organized shelving and all of Laura's energy, knowledge and devotion! I feel the same way about touching the plants! Even in winter.
Thank you.❤🎄❤🎄❤
I potted and brought inside some tiny Japanese maples that started from seeds that fell from our mature trees (zone 7) and they’re losing their leaves like they would outside, yet I see some buds starting. Would it be best to leave them outside in holes to allow them to go through winter?
Ответитьwhat kind of lights...led?
ОтветитьI think Russel just wanted to hang around your neck as if he is a baby still. Your videos always give me a burst of energy to go clean up my small garden, just be in it, retool or replant and divide. Thanks for the inspiration.
ОтветитьHave you seen the tall grasses that are at Ogowas in Fruitland? My husband commented on those a couple months ago that he really liked them and I would like to plant some, but I honestly have no idea what they are. Do you by any chance? And thank you for all your wonderful videos. It is so satisfying seeing you clean up all these wonderful plants getting them ready for next year.
ОтветитьHey Laura You and Russell seem to be A pair that cannot be apart from each other.
ОтветитьHi Laura and Aaron! I have questions about cold frames and high tunnels. You mentioned in one of your videos last week (you were doing work in the high tunnel) and you had said your nighttime lows were in the 20s but the temperature in the high tunnel was around 40 degrees. At what temperature outside would it have to be to cause the temperature in your high tunnel to drop below freezing? I’m considering buying a cold frames or high tunnel but heating it likely won’t be an option. I’m in zone 5.
ОтветитьAfter watching last week’s Highlights about Russell, I can see why you are his “favorite person.” You spent a lot of time with him. So sweet. When you were giving the stats on the Spring Glory Serviceberry, you said zones 4-9. I got pretty excited because I’m zone 9. However, when I went to PW website it said 4-8. Bummer. Which is it? Inquiring minds want to know.
ОтветитьI get it Laura. I feel the same about my dormant plants.😁
ОтветитьI love seeing Russell’s and your relationship. It is so dear. 😊
ОтветитьI think cheddar went to live with Bethany.
ОтветитьI love Russell so much.
ОтветитьI wish you took russel with you to the high tower.
ОтветитьYears ago. We had a car name Tammy. When my dad left my mom. Tammy just layed down until she died because she missed him so much.
Ответить😢cat I meant
