ОтветитьSalt is not seasoning ... it is a chemical preservative (sodium chloride or NaCl) ... it is unhealthy leading to dangerous fluid retention and hypertension ... it also masks flavors in food....
ОтветитьI COMPLETELY DISAGREE about the Spices on Chicken, before frying. I make a fried chicken with a metric TON of spices on it. It always came out looking Burnt / Black. However... you dont taste any Burnt flavor. Instead, you get a FLAVOR BOMB... as the spices get super concentrated. While it might not look appealing... the flavors more than make up for the appearance.

For some people this is an easy question but if I don't plan everything out and follow stuff to the letter I'll never forgive myself. Or get trusted with dinner again...
ОтветитьHey if you want a really good flavor add celery (cut them like you do with carrots) you can add oregano when you adding veggies. but there I one thing I like to know why you mentioned lemon juice twice on your recipes. It looks good and tasty

Ответитьin the original video it looked like regular house mustard instead of dijon and (xo) chili sauce rather then sweet chili. I would prefer the dijon and the xo or just a richer balanced spiced chili because of course that honey is powerhousing. Nice fun dish to cook though, great starter meal for the amateur home cooks!

Ответитьthis is what we hondurans call a guisado. i use dollar store mustard, skip the oregano, and instead of the sweet chili sauce i normally use like, idk tomato and maybe a bit of some other chili condiment
rice on the bottom. great stuff. good with a beer. but dont ask me, i think toothpaste is alright with a beer
I didn't peel the potatoes and added more soy sauce, added cayenne and ground ginger and I think it came out great! I hope to try the recipe again with some lemongrass 😊

ОтветитьI made this dish tonight with some adjustments. I added twice the garlic, added an additional TBS of soy sauce, and a TBS of minced ginger. The sauce by itself tasted very salty, but combined in the final dish was just right. The wife and I agreed that this recipe is a keeper!
ОтветитьI made this today and omitted the oregano as recommended and it was absolutely fantastic. I don’t usually cook a new recipe for the fam without my own test run first but this was a Sunday lunch home run all the way
