Cannabis 101: Cannabis Delivery Systems; Suppositories

My husband just got his medical marijuana card in Colorado. I’ve been studying cancer treatments using 5 to one (thc to Cbd with raw plant juicing. We’re trying to go after the lung cancer stem cells. There is no activity at the original tumor. There are some other very small sites on the chest wall that are a mutation of the original non small cell tumor. I’m not sure, but I believe we want just the leaves of the raw plant to juice on low speed to avoid the heat and then freeze it into ice cubes to get exact doses. Do you have any knowledge of this delivery technique?
