Anda Chana Biryani
Ingredients:
Boiled eggs 4
Boiled rice ½ kg
Boiled chickpeas ½ kg
Onion 250 grams
Tomato 250 grams
Yogurt 1 cup
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Star anis 5-6
Black pepper 1 tsp
Plumps 100 grams
Food color 1 pinch
Biryani essence few drop
Oil ½ cup
Green chilies 5-6
Green coriander ½ bunch
Mint ½ bunch
Lemon slice 2
Method:
Heat oil and fry onion .then add ginger garlic ,red chili powder ,turmeric powder ,salt ,coriander powder ,cumin ,star anis ,black pepper ,plumps and tomatoes add and cook .after this add yogurt ,boiled chick peas and boiled egg mix and cook .now add boiled rice and biryani essence ,green coriander ,mint ,food color ,green chilies and lemon slices mix and leave on dum .Finally dish out and serve hot .

Mutton White Karahi
Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Green chili paste 2 tbsp
Butter 50 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1-1/4 cup
Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Oil or clarified butter as required
Method:
Heat oil or clarified butter add ginger and garlic paste, fry well. Add meat cook for 5 minutes. Add yogurt, green chili paste and salt cook on low flame till meat is done. Add chopped ginger, black pepper, cream and butter cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander. Add lemon juice, cream and butter, serve.
