Great video!
thanks for the universal fighting board tip!

I dislike cable management, always thinging about when the lid is going to break and how it can be repaired
As for a detachable cable, that cable is never going to break
I read somewhere the mayflash has lag, is that true?
Thanks for letting us know that no Seimitsu will fit in the Qanba, that is a deal breaker for me
This is the only video I've seen that compares the 8bitdo and mayflash just at first glance they seem like the same thing just 8bitdo repurposed to have Bluetooth
ОтветитьNoooo está en inglés tanto ver anuncios para nada
ОтветитьYour video helped me a lot bro. Thanks!!
Ответить8bitdo is a surprising company. I really hope they keep making great products. I have their sn30 pro plus 2 ultra other verb something (I dont remember the actual name I know its long) and its stupid good for the price. It does not feel cheap at all. They also just released a keyboard for $100. I pre-ordered it. For $100 I am expecting garbage. I have been into custom mech keyboard for a while and $100 buy nothing good. But since its 8bitdo I am conflicted and super curious to try this thing once it ships. Anyways Thanks for the info on the fight stick I now know what I will pick up if I order one.
Ответить"Melty blood". Really?!
ОтветитьI'm bit torn between the Mayflash F300 and 8Bitdo, which one would be better for beginner who mainly just wants to play MAME on PC?
Ответитьwill you ever cover any korean fight sticks or make a video about korean arcade sticks in general? And as a suggestion maybe compare them to like a sanwa or any japanese type arcade stick?
ОтветитьI'm so happy I watched this video before buying my first stick. He Really lays the entire scene down.
ОтветитьHonestly you should recommend people to check for more premium used arcade sticks online than any of these, it will most likely be cheaper and give a way more robust feeling than any of these light sticks.
All these lighter sticks are for real a fucking joke compared to how the smaller sticks that were being made in the past were. All of these get washed by old konami, sega and namco sticks. They were robust af, had some weight to them and atleast namco and konami sticks had premium parts (later model segas too).
And more advanced arcade sticks which one would you recommend?
ОтветитьYou're the Best for explain!! 🎉 ❤ Thanks!
Ответитьthis was really helpful! im ordering my first stick this or next weekend. im very new to fighting games, but im finding doing inputs on the two dualshocks i have uncomfortable/inconsistant in a way i think is probably not just me being a scrub, ha (im somehow getting less consistent at hadoken inputs after weeks of sf6)
im actually leaning towards an intermediate stick (hori alpha) instead of the qanba, despite price & lack of experience, largely because im a 6'3 person with broad shoulders, so i want a bigger frame + a joystick that's farther away from the buttons, so i dont have to scrunch my hands together as much
as an experienced player, is the qanba 1 joystick acceptably good for motion inputs without modification?
Hey. Its been a year since this was uploaded but I'm hoping you or others could answer my concern. I'm eyeing the mayflash f300 for my xbox series x. I can say that I'm just a casual gamer. I just want to play fighting games with its story mode/career mode. I'm not much of competitive online gamer, i may play against online player but not a lot. Again, just a casual. My concern is that is it really necessary to mod or upgrade/replace the stock parts of mayflash f300? My budget is limited when it comes to gaming and i just want something that i could use long term without any thoughts of upgrading or doing/spending something for its maintenance. Reply and answers would be much very appreciated
ОтветитьVery complete information on this video of all the entry level arcade sticks, it’s what I was looking for, good job man! 😅
ОтветитьHi Joystick, I just bought my first Arcade Sticks, the Mad Catz EGO, I looked some video and all and I think it's a good choice and I think there is nothing wrong about buying a product and put a better name on it. What do you think? This is the only legit one I can get in Canada 😔
Ответитьhelpt me a lot
ОтветитьDid you feel any discomfort using 8bitdo particularly in the palm area? Some reviewers point out that the lack of palm rest is one of its biggest cons.
Thanks for the informative videos, new subscriber here. Cheers
Almost a year after I watch this video I got the 8bit arcade stick and I've never been happier to have it. Thank you for reviewing fight sticks. Keep up the awesome work
ОтветитьQuestion. I don’t really need anything fancy and just something that can get the job done so I don’t really need all the bells and whistles. When you said your budget choices had basic parts. Does that mean they can easily break and need to be replaced or you’re referring to how they feel overall or both?
ОтветитьWhat do you think of the Qanba Drone EVO edition? I believe it has Sanwa buttons and lever, no?
Ответитьthese are expensive af atleast in India(amazon) nearly 200$ (16,000 rupees)
ОтветитьThank you. I'm going with the Mayflash F500 Elite. It's really an amazing price for all that it can do.
ОтветитьWent and got me the “ old” SF4 madcatz TE Round1 art thing is a beast
ОтветитьWould love to see coverage of the ps5 street fighter hori stick ^_^ looking forward to it and I thiiink it has a square gate, my head would say octogonal shape would be ideal but I’m not sure
Ответитьall three arcade sticks look cool , however my problem is the USB cable . So only the 8BitDo has a detachable USB and the other two don't . how do people replace their USB cables of their Qanba and Mayflash arcade sticks if they are frayed ,broken or ripped? , buying another arcade stick only because of a USB cable is something i don't want to do , let alone repairing it .
ОтветитьWell, they just bumped up the mayflash f300 price from $60 to $80. Is it still worth it? What would be the best option now? Especially if I want to mod it and get sanwa parts
ОтветитьAre there any good ones that still have PS2 compatability? I want to play Street Fighter Alpha Anthology and Street Fighter Anniversary as well. Something that would do PC, PS2 and PS3 would be fine for now.
ОтветитьOtimo video valeu
Ответитьmy first is the F300 Elite for the Sanwa stick and buttons. Definitely recommend for a first stick.
ОтветитьHey, joystick, what would be your current setup for SF6 using your RAP 4 arcade stick? Did you get to try any of those buttons (cherry mx, etc) or other modifications?
ОтветитьBrazil is fucked up. The 8Bitdo Arcade Stick is equivalent to 300 US$ here, and buying at Aliexpress is like 100 US$, but with 80 US$ more of shipping. It is insane to buy stuff here.
ОтветитьThank you for this! I'm getting back into figthsticks with SF6. I've decided to start with the F300 and mod my way up and get better with the game and modding as I progress. Sub for sure.
Ответитьso the 8bitdo is the only one that's wireless? I've already got a fullsize fight stick (fight stick pro from Mad Catz) but having to take out the cabling when I want to play a fighting game (and put it away when I'm done and I wanna play something else) is making me consider a wireless option.
ОтветитьOnce Upon A Time I used a pelican arcade stick to play my fighting games.
X amount of years later, I find that there is no such thing as a "real arcade" feeling arcade stick around anymore...
I see Hori sticks get recommended a lot, but from what I remember Hori sticks are horrible cheap things that make plastic squeaks as you try to do a quarter circle. They really felt like playing with toddler toys, but I've noticed the Toddler Toys are now the top arcade sticks...
I'll never be caught dead playing with a Hori, so I was wondering if anyone can suggest a wooden cabinet arcade stick with GLASS CRISP Crunch clicky controls with no movement/motion sounds except the sensors clicking?
I get this sinking feeling I'll have to make one of my own...
Hi everyone, I'm looking for an arcade joystick, but I don't know the right one as a new player and a beginner to the series, I want to learn Tekken 7 until 8 comes out.
If anyone has suggestions, please help me 💜
* I play on PC and PS5 mostly
Thx for the good Video!! i am a beginner, and iam now smarter :)
ОтветитьAre arcade sticks durable? Ive bought 2 madcatz fight sticks just because i love the feel but the d pads break alot so im afraid of spending 100$ ish and having the stick or buttons just stop working
ОтветитьBro I bought me the mayflash 300 because of your recommendation and it doesn't work with my ps5😭
Any suggestions?
8bitdo looks cool. I'll buy that one
ОтветитьStrangely, I bought the Hori Rap4 as my entry level stick ... And I'll be honest, I prefer the Qanba Drone, so much more. Drone was cheaper, and for some reason it just feels better to use. Maybe I'm crazy. Lol.
ОтветитьI appreciate the unbiased advice! I'm excited to get back into fighters, and I feel well informed about making a decision now
Ответитьthe hori rap 4 hayabusa is my favorite design
ОтветитьI realize that this video is over a year old now but, I only just saw it and wanted to thank you because it helped me decide on getting Mayflash f300 to be a second stick for guests to use so I can whoop them at street fighter when they visit... Hadoken!!!!
Edit: My Mayflash f300 just arrived from Amazon, what a piece of turd this thing is. Stick and buttons feel VERY sloppy, cheap and nasty. Gonna need to replace them with Sanwa Denshi a.s.a.p
I'm planning of buying the 8bitdo for the soon-released Street Fighter 6. I mostly play guile as my main character ever since sf2 (ole school gamer lol). My question is do you think it is a must to change the stick gateway from 4 to octagon (upgrade) to improve the overall control since I'm mostly holding charge for Guile. hehe. thanks
ОтветитьThis video may be going on two years but still very informative. I'm trying to build my own, but its good to get a background on other arcade sticks and what to look out for. Thank you sir!
ОтветитьDo I need the $40 adapter for the mayflash f300? I want to use it on ps5, but I could also just use it on pc. Everywhere I see says that you need to purchase that, so the price goes from $60 to over $100
ОтветитьMost people here: I want to get into fighting sticks
Me: I want to get into fighting sticks, but I don't like fighting games because I suck at them
God I am so fascinated by these controllers but all I usually play are racing games. I already have decent racing wheels and controllers, why do I must make myself believe I need another hobby!
i found a very cheap PXN stick, the one that u showed a brief image of, im very new into dabbling with arcade sticks, im only playing on PC through Fightcade2, should i buy it???
ОтветитьI got a pxn 0082 for less than half the price it usually costs in my country woo
Ответить
