UPDATE (THURSDAY, MAY 15, 2025): Death row inmate Glen Rogers was executed this evening in Florida. His official time of death was 6:16pm local time. -- As Rogers was being strapped to the gurney, he spoke his last words with a message to the president. "President Trump, keep making America great. I'm ready to go." He also made some comments about love for his wife and family, and afterwards addressed family members of the victims by stating, “I know there’s a lot of questions that you need answers to. I promise you in the near future the questions will be answered and I hope in some way will bring you closure." -- Earlier in the day, Rogers was served a special final meal request that consisted of pizza, chocolates, and soda.
