Mafia 2 - Xbox One Backward Compatible Gameplay

Is quality/performance or graphics better on xbox one than 360 version? Is it noticeable?

when I play the game on the Xbox, I can't take screenshots or record gameplay. am I the only one having this problem?

I tried this on Christmas, but yo find out it didn't work I was pissed of. Now that's it's backwards compatible I'm over the moon!!!!
