ОтветитьDoo the same workout wit just a little tweak. PHA style. Low ab, chest,quad,lat,hamstrings,shoulders, upper abs. Definitely burns calories longer into my day. Gotta eat earlier.

ОтветитьGreat circuit. I can see it's value without moving a muscle. I'm going to make up a few circuits of my own to add to my current training. I don't do enough cardio. Circuits will take care of that. Thank you!

ОтветитьI have been doing this for the past year and it is brilliant. I do 4 sets or circuits of this exercise 10 reps so that's 200 reps when I'm done. If I have energy which I now do, I do 3 sets of 10 bench, 3 sets of 10 flys, and 3 sets of 10 cable exercises. Usually takes me a hour to do.

ОтветитьLove this workout! Been doing it for 2 weeks now after years of bodybuilding and power lifting. At my age (60) this is the exact kind of workout I want to do. I did make one adjustment and added dumbbell curls as the last exercise in the circuit. Excellent video! Thanks for posting.

I'm working on maintaining or gaining lean muscle where I can as I lose weight. Is this or 10-10-Burn a better routine for me, or should I altrenate between them monthly?
I've been doing hour long sessions of lifting via barbell/dumbell at a home gym, but this makes a lot of sense to me.
How long do we rest between each circuit for best results?
ОтветитьI tried this strength circuit for the first time today. All I can say is......wow!!! I warmed up on the elliptical for 10 minutes and went straight to the workout. The best 1 hour in the gym I have had in a very long time.
ОтветитьHello i need your suggestions . Usually when i go to gym i start with 5 min low intensity eliptical bike & stretch . After this i start weight training (squat , benchpress , deadlift etc) when i m done with strength training i do 10 minutes of high intensity cardio . i want to know is it okay for burning fat and lose weight for get in shape with good diets ?
Ответитьsome sources say its generally not a good idea to immediatelly switch between upper and lower body exercises, because the heart has a hard time pumping all the blood from the lower/upper body part to the totally opposite part, which makes an extra load on your heart ... me personnally feel that the heart pumps like crazy when trying these routinec .. can you elaborate on this?
