As someone who was a barista for 10 years I'll easily tell you that without some sort of stabilizer/binder these drinks will look nice for about a minute and then rapidly separate in the cup. The ones you get from coffee shop use a syrup or powder base that has the sweetener and "extra ingredients" that prevent this from happening.

How I think to make a drink without knowing how : milk 1 spoon full of sugar 3 cubes of ice 3-6 strawberries blend pour in cup add some strawberries A LOT OF WHIPPED CREAM and a bit of cut up strawberries on whipped cream and done
