Sri Lankan air lines is the worst airlines I have ever flown. I went to Sri Lanka after 40 years last year. The service was absolutely low graded. They ran out of food in the economy class, when they came to our row. We paid for the seats selection. Then they had to run around to get food from the 1st class. It happened both ways, and going there they didn't have what I ordered.
I was very disappointed and disgusted with the service. The toilets are another story. Dirty, and since it's a long flight people were using a lot. They don't clean. Coming back they shut down one bathroom.
Because you were in the 1st class you got better treatment.
