Make a Spot Welder for Cheap!!

In the beginning: spot welders and stuff I will actually use
Now: melting crayons

Question : How long can i use this spot welder continously ? is it getting hot after 10 minute of using ? please help.

made one but ii get short circuit and it blows the fuse when u connect the power to the transformer does it matter which one you connect the black wire and in which one u connect the
