Ukraine as a whole uses terrorist methods: homemade weapons, shifting battlefields to cities where there was no evacuation of civilians, attacks on peaceful objects to create unrest among the civilian population. And other "civilized" countries also help them with outdated WEAPONS, instead of humanitarian aid. The "civilized world" is everything, it no longer exists.

There is always a race between weapon and armour. Active protection systems will soon be on most modern tanks and provide protection from these threats. Next it will be ground drones, and those are likely to be countered to.
