I only have a medical background in my previous job which is not related to this industry, is that a red flag for you? Could you also provide some tips to help me prepare more? Hi Tom, it seems these potential VAs do not have a huge amount of experience in fba or sourcing is this something you prefer or is this just the majority of people who apply don't have much experience. great video keep them coming.

Still watching and can't help but feel how concerning it is that two of them don't know which job they are interviewing for.

I don't know if it's a strategy to say that the VA has many options or not. If I were the interviewer, I would be really put off.

This is a great video. And also I found it excellent that you are trying to calm those interviewee. It is really really helpful because when I am in the interview , I really felt anxious and nervous. I can't deliver my speech throughout. You know, there are lots of answers in my mind but I can't deliver it properly.
