ОтветитьYea, I bought in Sumter and knew the taxes were lower but with the additional Wildwood taxes it jumps to 13.2 total millage

Because if they sold a home and are purchasing a new built home there then their taxes would be accessed on their previous home! You are not giving a full presentation of the taxes! That should and is enough information for you to do so!

What is a Bond and CDD??? Could you explain that ?
Sounds like housing , taxpayers , bond and whatever else is very expensive to live there In my opinion, taxes at $6,000 and up , to expensive for anyone.
*In my subdivision, taxes are $6,000 - $10,000 a year. I don't pay that amount because our home is one of the smallest homes ( there's 2 homes )
here are the smallest in square footage. 1,400 sq ft $200K all the rest of homes they are 1,600 - 1,900 sq ft . those homes costing now $350K - $500.00
I never knew only two homes were the smallest, never found out about it until years later.
Wonder how the villages compare cost to like Aruba?

so, if you could explain in basic terms ?= a 500g home will cost you X in tax's.
also, what i got out of it, and i could be wrong, your tax's are far less than mine, far sub, chicago.
btw. unlike most U-tubers, you know how to end a vid.

ОтветитьIt would be really helpful if you could show just 1 map, with clear borders of all of the 6 areas you listed, rather than zooming in an out of different areas.
It would also help to see just 1 overall summary tax chart comparing the actual total tax $$ (not just some rate or assessment info) along with fire / rescue, Cdd, etc on a property that sells for some price (say $400,000)..
With those visuals, it would be so easy to see if the same priced home would costs $500, $1,000, or $3,000 more than a similar priced home in another of the 6 sections.
