I'm here because a woman told me I had an ethereal face and was beautiful and it was the most unique compliment I've ever received. It's usually just that they like my hair or bone structure or what not, or I'm hot. It was so memorable it put me on this curiosity blackhole. I'm a straight guy, fwiw.

I get a LOT of good and bad looks from people, lots of unwanted attention, I have pretty striking features I guess. Some men go out of their way to try to bother me and some women critique me with their friends like I'm a zoo animal. I think I intimidate a lot of people.

I definitely have ethereal essence. I have an oval face shape, long nose, rounded brows, full lips, my eyes' distance is pretty average though. I've been told I look unreal by my friend. I look great in flowy dresses and silk drapes. When I wear a simple gingham dress and put my hair in a bun, some people tell me I look very mature. But even if I don't do any of that, people would still think I look mature and otherwordly.

I have round lil eyes, I have thick volume and perfectly straight eyebrows, I have slim and strong straight little nose, I have really plump and round like little lip, the width of my eye, nose and lip is similar. my face is oval.

I sometimes confused whether am I ingenue or ethereal angel. Because I give of the lil kid vibes on my face, but I also found my face to be extremely similar with that ancient Roman statue angel.. except i have strong jawline.. so I decided that I'm ingenue ethereal. This is some juicy unique content, love it! I think teal swan looks like my cousin Alise and to a Latvian she looks like a normal girl but I understand overseas we all look like aliens to other cultures :)) I’ve been called an earth Angel by different people when I have light hair, and I am told I look like Urmah lionese race or Leeloo with red tones, and I look like the Margot Pendragon of Marilyn with black hair, so I think one person can certainly embody multiple essences Especially as we women transition through multiple cycles and weight categories in life through child rearing years. I honestly can’t even catch my look I think it’s fluid, it’s like quicksand, it’s changing. But I think from your videos I understand I have beveled bone structure for that I thank you:)

Once I started dressing in holographic, transparent, and pearly colors, I got the 'Ethereal' compliment all the time! I'm a kibbe Dramatic but I just never dressed for myself before, and I feel much happier in these soft colors!

I'm in my late 30s and just recently realized that I look ethereal. I look kind of like Cate Blanchett as far as facial structure goes. I'm stoked about it.

Not really. I wouldn't call Cate's look angelic!! It's more elegant, Angelic is more like someone who exhibit innocence & kindness in both looks snd character, but I get what you're trying to say. If you look to all the photos you've exhibited, all of them shere one thing in common: strong expressive eyes, usually created when the eyes are bigger than the other features, and the face is small, that's why directors choose them for these mythical characters, and that ethereal look is created by tons of actors' professional makeup, which is not an everyday light make up that anyone can wear..

I wasn't planning on watching videos about essence right now, but I saw Teal and got so curious I had to watch it haha.
Now I think I should have watched it earlier because it seems it can help me find my body type. I feel as if my essence may be "getting in the way"

Discovering 4 years into my kibbe and kitchener journey that i am predominantly ethereal has been a game changer.
I was told recently by my burlesque teacher that i looked vintage (as in old hollywood) and by the description she made of my face, i realized that these werent romantic features. See, my body is soft natural (on the slimmer side) so i have curves but i am otherwise slim. A nice hourglass. After years of dressing natural / classic / and or ingenue and looking either ugly or unmemorable, i tried recently to use the romantic lines. I looked much better, but there was always something that bothered me. Like, romantic looks sometimes too bold on my face. My body looks great, but my face doesnt follow.
Ive also realized that many of my dresses were ethereal (abstract patterns or noke, shimemring, elongating in the shape) and that it's what made me look the best fir my face. Then i finally realized that my face wasnt as banal as i always imagined. There is something quite alien (not in a bad way) in my looks.

So to sum up, now i dress primarily ethereal (mesh, satin, irridescent colours) with a good touch of romantic (colours, sexiness), in an attempt to look sophisticated, vintage and otherwordly at the same time. I live with many people in a hostel, and i get complimented every single day now. Although i get most compliments when i wear black and when i look like a "dark angel" (to quote).
People say that i look sensual, sexy but also untouchable. So i get immediate respect from men.
I have ginger hair and i also find that my hair looks terrific next to black (and the colour season theory never helped me dress better - i pfefer colours that fit the essence archetypes)

I think David Tennant, Matt smith and Peter Capaldi all have extraterrestrial ethereal essence to a degree and that’s why they make three of the best Doctors in Doctor Who. I liked David the most personally because I also saw this sort of gamin playfulness in his face as well which was perfect for the Doctor.
