Awesome well done. Hoping I can make this. Great videos
Ответитьdid you say, "5 quarters" instead of "inch and a quarter"? if yes- why?
Ответитьvery nice but how to get the the intruction
ОтветитьI tried to find the "free plans", they arent free if I have to pay by the month to get them, even a $1.00 per month means not "free". Now I dont mind paying for them but when you state "free plans", I am expecting "free plans".
ОтветитьAwesome pokemon in the thumbnail! 🌱
ОтветитьHow much did this whole project cost?
ОтветитьTop notch🎉
ОтветитьI followed this build about 2 years ago. Today bottom fell out because the long strips on the bottom weren't heavy duty enough. Either not enough screws, not enough glue, or even the wrong kind of screws maybe. I checked the other 2 I built and they are also about to fail. So make sure you really beef up the bottom end of this build. Side note. We also got an absolutely crazy amount of heavy rain yesterday.
I'm going to salvage what I can and redo the bottom end with through bolts and a whole 2x4, not just a little strip. I hope this helps others. Again... no hate on this guy. It was likely my mistake somewhere and probably incorrect hardware for the application.
Great video. I watched it again. I needed to do more on the bottom end for sure.
Thanks!!!
ОтветитьAs a lady who doesn’t do wood work, I have to say it was very satisfying to watch your work. I am thinking of getting me some Ryobi tools since I see you own some and perhaps get into wood working. I like to build things. I have this small lawnmower for years and she is still running great. I love Ryobi products.
ОтветитьThis is kinda long and complex for building a rectangle box that's going to get rain on lol.
ОтветитьSir, I may have missed this but you haven’t drilled drainage holes in the base therefore all the plants will rot. If you have I apologise. Kind regards.
ОтветитьJust made you garden bed and posted on tiktok, you on there that I can credit ?
ОтветитьOne of my sons and I just finished building this for my wife for Mothers Day. Came out great. Super great directions and perfect materials list.
thank you!
It’s time to kick ass and chew bubble gum… and I’m all out of gum.
ОтветитьWay too many screws showing. Much better ways to hide them.
ОтветитьGreat video straight to the point but easy to understand turned out beautifully....still can' get used to shorts and flip flops.....but hey it's your world so keep up the awesome building
Ответитьi think my entire house is held together with less screws. great design, but a bit overkill with the amount of screws.
ОтветитьI need one of these ASAP💥💥
ОтветитьHow many times did you say “wack of glue”
ОтветитьDo your plans include cut lists? I typically only need that and quick watch of a video to be able to take 'er from there.
ОтветитьFor sake of budget, could 2x6 SPF boards be used for everything? My local Lowes is charging $23 per board on the 5/4" Cedar Decking...
ОтветитьThanks for the video! I'm going to try and do this with pallets for my grandmother so I don't go broke, and she's getting too old to weed her large garden
ОтветитьExcellent job. Thanks again for sharing
ОтветитьLost me immediately at pocket holes...
ОтветитьTHATS THE REAL DEAL THANKYOU IM ACHIC THAT WANTS TO BUILD HER OWN I DONT HAVE ALL THOSE COOL TOOLS SO A MITER SAW WILL HAVE TO DO AND A DRILL AND A PENCIL
Ответитьdid you say your sons name is giles? if so thats crazy, thats my name. was looking at sites to build a new raised planter and seems like a good omen if thats the case. plus such good instructions
ОтветитьCool build. Thanks for sharing. Also, the cameo by the two ninjas was funny.
ОтветитьHi Very Nice where can we find the plan?
ОтветитьWhat size wood you have used in this project?
ОтветитьYou like the phrase "whole whack", I see...
Ответитьthe 2" screws ended up hanging over about 1/2" so my 1x6x8 cedar boards must have been off somehow but ended up cutting them back before adding plastic. Great looking box and super happy with it! Thanks so much!
ОтветитьHey! Just a heads up. The plans say 1 1/8 for the cleats but you say 1 1/4 in the video. Great build still!
ОтветитьAs a newbie, what tools do you think are the most important
Ответитьive never built anything before. any beginner tips? I have no tools ...... other than a drill.
ОтветитьDo you think this same build could be up sized to a 4’x8’ box and still be able to hold the weight of the dirt?
ОтветитьPlease do not use treated wood; it could cause cancer.
Ответитьlooks great
Ответитьlooks like you built a raised playground
ОтветитьNice job, and very timely, as this is one of my next project.
I'm going to use 4x4 for the legs, because I already have them, but otherwise will follow your build.
Thank you, need the tutorial. Question- How often do you change the dirt out?
ОтветитьCoo garden boxes...what size pocket screws did you use and how many bottom slats did you need to make?
ОтветитьHi! I am VERY new to anything woodworking. I was thinking of making this, but making it only 4' long instead. Do we think that's okay? Additionally, do you all think it might be possible to put wheels on it? Again very new to this and very unsure about what might be okay, so any guidance is appreciated! Thank you!
ОтветитьHeck, bury me in that garden bed...
ОтветитьWhat nailer is that from ryobi?
Ответитьsqueeze oot
ОтветитьPretty fancy forna box full of dirt
ОтветитьReally well done video, thanks for the share!!
ОтветитьGreat video! I'm going to get moving on this. Did you use the same kind of screws throughout the project? If so, what were they exactly?
Ответить
