How To Change Your TikTok Profile Picture!

I don’t want to change it I want to make a profile picture because I don’t have one I don’t know how to get one 🤬

Can someone just help me out I just made my acc and it’s already saying I edited my profile way to much try later but it’s been way more then later plus I can’t even change my nickname it keeps saying slow down editing to fast, anybody know how to fix?
