Ive always had negative feelings regarding my childhood and how my parents weren't really supportive because they were constantly fighting. They had trauma but my own mom would be emotionally abusive often trying to make me unhappy and tear me down. When I listened to this I just felt safe and my inhibitions melted away like I was calm on a different level. I just wanted to put my thumb in my mouth and listen calmly, occasionally making little noises out of joy.
