Ответитьcosts nearly 100,000 aud more than the m550i it replaces, no ttV8, same 0-200kmph time, and then its actually slower than the m550i beyond that. It also weighs 600kg more - pretty awful IMO compared to its predecessor

ОтветитьI wouldn’t say not having acoustic glass is acceptable if even the model 3 has it at half the price when you should expect the benefit of a BMW over the Tesla is that it will be more posh.
ОтветитьJust ordered me one. Please don't judge it until you have actually seen and test drove one. I have been the owner of 3 BMWs, and I currently still own and drive my 05 545i.
I was listening and reading all the negative comments of people who don't own or never driven a BMW which is always a big mistake and as a BMW woman I say to all shut it down.
No car is perfect but this is a bad electric car that is beautiful, bold and powerful. I didn't chose the deep frozen grey. I opted for the dark graphite.
The "ultimate driving machine" that can practically drive itself. 😊

ОтветитьBMW may make a better car... but Tesla makes a much better EV; once ease of charging, phone app, software integration, battery/motor performance, autonomy, regular OTA's, and real world range are considered. In fact those things are Tesla's core competencies, whereas none of the legacy automakers are competent in them at all.

ОтветитьWhere I live in Australia the on road cost of this vehicle is around $220,000! I thought I spent too much when I paid $90,000 for a Tesla Model 3 Performance. But pay an extra $130,000 for the extra tech and 'luxury' finish in the BMW? Nuts.
ОтветитьI’ve owned BMWs since 99, my First Car was a 520i. Since then I’ve learned so much, and the M Badge really used to mean something. I didn’t want Stance Works to be right, but here we are. They’re slapping the M badge on anything and adding words like “performance” and “competition” when M already meant those things. This GAME CONSOLE has a FOUR CYLINDER engine and is not a BMW as far as I’m concerned. Next🥱
