What if you could still see a loved one even after they were gone? Do you think this goes too far?

Here in america when a loved one dies we sometimes will run a video or slide show during the funeral with music to reconnect to the loved one, its very personal and at the same time heart breaking, i see no difference here except that its even better, this is the kind of thing that vr should be heading to.

Real life animal interaction, mountain climbing, diving, hiking, caving and the list goes on, we need to get away from silly games.

I'm getting this is not about trying to recreate her child, this just about to let the mother to gove her last goodbye. To find a proper closure.

It doesn't matter if mom wanted it or not. Seems mildly cruel, and I am almost positive, psychologically borderline unethical.

If someone offered me the chance to see my loved one again, even if they aren't actually there i would do it in 0a heartbeat. No hesitation

In harry potter part 1, there is a MIRROR, called mirror of erised, it showed harry his family .. he could talk to them ....BUT remember what dumbledore said .... "this mirror is full of lies. It shows u your deepest desire. Many people have become mad because of it. You also need to come out of this false illusion and live in the present otherwise the you will get emotionally very weak." This technology reminds me of this .... never use it.. it'll make u worse ... its better to regret saying BYE, rather than getting attached to an illusion .❤❤

There was nothing warm about that. Anyone not wearing that headset can see its all an illusion. Reality is to face death with the hope of resurrection. There's no greater love and comfort than the truth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

It's not real.. it's a machine... it's a Replica of her daughter... I don't see how anyone can think this is a good thing.. she's seeing an illusion..

Torture

Let first state I loss my daughter when she was 4 months old and I found her unresponsive and I had to perform CPR on her. I know this technology seems ok at face value but it's not good emotionally for the surviving parents. The mind and body needs to move onto the next phase of greiving. This would be considered a cruel joke if someone imitated the girls voice over the phone to the affected parents. To me it's misleading the parent's already fragile emotions. This is all fantasy when in reality the child is gone. Help parents in coping with the death not keep living the loss. I can't even bring myself to see my daughter grave in decades. My heart goes out to any parents who loss a child. I could never do this.

This will do more harm than good in the end. People won't be able to grieve properly, find closure, and move on. They will instead become convinced that these virtual reality images are real and their loved ones are still alive. It is just cruel to torture them that way. 😔

Even if you didn't get to say your last bye. It's good thing that Koreans care so much for there people. What do Koreans believe whta happens to human after death. We Muslims believe that every child is granted their original home Paradise. Just the same for adults but adults will be judged because of their actions if one murders will be judged and sentenced and one who believes in one Creator and follows the eta of life which we believe is Islam then you enter your real home Paradise. So thats why we mourn as Muslims but reassuring we will meet our kids loved ones. That's the best feeling more than this to meet your family in Paradise be patient find truth in Islam the Quran.
