No Honey Walnut Shrimp 合桃蝦

No Honey Walnut shrimp (合桃蝦) but better than Panda Express at home today! There is no honey in this version of honey walnut shrimp, just walnut shrimp. No reason to make a copycat Panda Express honey walnut shrimp when you can make the real one instead!

Ingredients:
180g (6.3 oz) Shrimp [16 pieces/31-40 count]
1 Egg White
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Corn Starch
1 Tablespoon Flour
Walnuts/Candy Walnut

1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Condensed Milk
1 Lime
3/4 Teaspoon Sugar
