Incredibles 2 (2018) Deleted Scene: Tribute to the Heroes

They should’ve kept this in the movie!!

why they removed this scene is a slap to the face of the fans

1 of those deleted scenes that SHOULD been kept in the movie. 💙

Errors:

1. They put a picture of a man on Stormicide

2. They put the picture of Universal Man on Tradewind

Wait a second isn't sormicide a woman?

INCREDIBLES 2 should have taken the Tron Legacy route where you could start where it ended but time jump and leave just enough bread crumbs for the audience to figure out that’s where they went wrong.

I take it that was 17 superheroes that were killed by falling into Syndrome trap.

lol the wrong picture was used for Stomicide (who is actually female) and TradeWind (that picture is actually Universal Man)

I bet everyone feels guilty about it thinking that if they hadn’t started the whole banding superhero law Syndrome would have never got them out of hiding and haunted them all down one by one all those superheroes would still be alive

Why have that scene deleted? That would've been a perfect scene for the Movie.

It bothers me this scene was cut out. This scene shows that, even though Syndrome is dead, his actions left a gaping scar on everyone. They lost a lot of Supers, and new Supers had to fill in as their legacy. Veteran Supers come out of retirement to train the legacy. A lot of emotions and Bob is very guilt ridden because it was his fault Buddy grew up into a villain. It's his fault many Supers died. He would even ask everyone for forgiveness. I would cry if this scene stayed in the movie.

It’s weird that trade wind has the picture of universal man

They should do a backstory on both of the parents like they went to a school for superheroes or their parents are superheroes. Or make Jack Jack older, or the other two kids have a partner/kids and let the saga continue.

Is it me, or does gaserbeam remind me of robo cop.

This scene goes a long way to almost saving Incredibles 2

This scene hits hard. Syndrome has been stopped and is not a threat anymore.....but in the road the concequences of his acts sadly didn't dissapear. Lots of people who risked their lives being killed one by one just to become pieces of data. Friends had been lost, lives had been shattered. It's a grim reminder that just because Syndrome kicked the bucket doesn't mean his actions had lost any impact. Life sadly has not reset button.

After watching GamingMagic13's video on "How Incredibles 2 Destroyed Everything" now I am EVEN MORE ANGRY that the movie DID NOT INCLUDE THIS SCENE! Just to further show how unrealistic and broken Incredibles 2's story is, if only they did not rush the release.

I blame the Director and Writer of Toy Story 4 (which also ruined its characters and world-building).

I counted 14 supers being name-dropped and I'm sure there are many more. In the scene where Mr. Incredible finds out even though you know these people are dead you don't know how many. This funeral scene really demonstrates the devastating amount of people who died on that island

Incredibles 2 was missing scenes like this, especially considering that the first movie was very dark

I really loved gazerbeam, hate that he had really short screen time and didn’t had that much storyline of the movie

It pisses me off that those supers got 3D models only for them to appear in 5-sec shots or a simple render, and never to be used again.
Yes, there was Gazer Beam in the second movie, but again, briefly.

I think the reason they cut this scene is not just because it was a bit long but because this doesn’t coincide with the plot of The Incredibles 2, seeing as Elastigirl doesn’t really think about the consequences or risks and decides to be a super in secret to even her own family. The memorial was to talk about a dear friend and fellow superhero who got lured in by his personal need to feel useful (as he did when he was a superhero), and killed, along with 15 other supers who died the same way, so for Elastigirl to basically immediately go back to being a super without considering how her family could be affected? Sheesh… Still, glad we got this scene out to public!

A mistake was that the image for Tradewind wasn’t actually him. That is an image of Universal Man

Stormicide is supposed to be a female and "Tradewind" in this video is supposed to be Universal Man.

If there was Incredibles 3 which I highly doubt, this scene should be placed in the film. But this scene is so depressing. When I watched the first film I thought that excluding the kids of Bob and Helen, Mr. Incredible, Frozone and Elastagirl are the only Supers left alive but when the sequel came out we got introduced to new Supers like Voyd, Brick, Screech etc it turned out Syndrome didn’t kill almost all of the supers which to me made me felt happy because it turns out there’s still other Supers that are still alive and still there. But like I said this scene is so depressing.
