As a walmart employee I have to ask, what kind of magic or sorcery are you using to get even the most straight bills to not spit back out or get eaten up by the bill recycler????

The self checkout here never accepts cash anyway!

Too little, too late. What use is it in a “cashless” society?

I trust a Walmart pay machine about as much as I trust a tax collector, suffice to say not at all, so I either use my card, or individually insert bills looking for the amount to go down on the terminal.. if it doesn't I'm fitting to call the state for that $5 bill.

Self checkouts will be the only thing needed at Walmart in like 10 years. It’s already goin on where I live. No one works at the register hardly ever unless it’s busy enough. Which is like a holiday and that’s it

Another good hack to try is: 'Start' scanning your items up, and then after one or two items, pretend to be handicapped and have the assistant do their job and ring everything else up your basket to help you get the heck out of there.. 🤡

The lady at Lowe’s said you can put all the bills in at once I said yeah and it will cheat me out of some of it. I counted out $7 in ones it rang up $6 I said that’s why I don’t do that she said oooh I guess you are right and walked off never offering to reimburse me the money that the machine screwed me out of.

I know about the bills not the coins lol I never have coins anyways

I saw this video a while back and it is a complete life changer. I went to target I believe or Walmart and did this exact thing with my parents and their minds were blown. This will be a standard practice going forward if I ever have to use cash. But Walmart needs to get on board with scan and go and it doesn’t require a membership. If your sister store Sam’s has it, y’all should too.

Do not do this, at my walmart if you try to put multiple bills in at once it WILL jam the machine. At which point you get to wait 15-20 minutes for a team lead to drag their happy ass down there with the keys to fix it.

Yay!! Now I can check outta self check out faster because I get aggravated that the self checkout employee is watching me like a I'm a criminal, even when it's other people besides me over there.

The best part is when you are done sorting your change for profit, you can dump in the machine, say cancel and it will spit bills out instead of all the change 👌🏼👌🏼🤌🏼🎉🎉🎉
