Hi, very good job with all that vids. If I can ask question to Lee would be great. It's about tri's. This times bodybuilders have awesome outer/lateral head of triceps almost same size as long head. Lee has it too so I would like to ask Lee about workout to hit this outer head and make it grow ( mine is lagging) Thanks in advance. Greetings from Poland

since i already own thte powertec power rack...guess i will have to get the lat attachment. thanks for making this cool vid and making want to get that! can lee come help me put it together?

If anyone can answer me do you need the Powertec Rack to USE this Lat tower? I do not have the power rack but I want to purchase the Lat tower a lone. Do I need to buy the rack or can this be used a lone?
