Great analysis, thank you! Just a quick off-topic question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
ОтветитьI freakin love this video! I want to see videos like this on the main channel. I feel like I actually learned something rather than watching you scream at people for doing the same things wrong
Ответить👏👏👏 congratulations on the progress ❤ 😊
ОтветитьId only say invest 50% if you want to retire early because realistically for example the difference between having 10mil in retirement vs 20mil in retirement is not all significant. Id much rather the 10mil if I had more fun within my life till that point.
ОтветитьPaid off $9000 in CC debt and will NEVER look back!! Car is paid off - mortgage from 2017. Life is GOOD!!
ОтветитьI am now enlightened it is HEB and not AGB
ОтветитьIf he goes back in, even part time, his VA disability will pause! $1400 a month will stop coming in, in exchange for like $150 a month. I really hope he discovers this before he signs up officially.
ОтветитьFellow TSPer here, just wanted to clear up some of the confusion with the TSP. They like to tell you the TSP has the lowest maintenance fees but that’s not entirely true. An index fund from Fidelity or Schwab definitely has lower fees than the TSP. I think they mean that the TSP has the lowest mutual fund fees, but the main C fund just targets the S&P500 so I don’t see much difference between that and an index. Personally I try to max out my Roth IRA before my TSP but I’m just trying to do the optimal thing. Just let this be a lesson that you should do your own research and not just depend on what some random person told you xD
Ответить“Financial audit works” 1 out of hundreds of cases where it actually worked
ОтветитьI have a question and correct me if I misunderstood. Why is 11K the best amount for high yield account? is there any specific reason?
ОтветитьPlease everyone- like and comment on this. I want more episodes like this, and not a bunch of irresponsible, unemployed uber-eaters.
ОтветитьDoes anybody remember how nice it was when Financial audit focused on helping people like this guy instead of bringing on insanity, with people who can't be helped, and Caleb just going off the walls the entire time?
I miss those days
Congratulations 🎉
ОтветитьI'm happy for both these gentlemen. Well done!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьHis wife finishing her education next month. It would be interesting to see how her income will be allocated.
ОтветитьIt’s more than just management fees. I love the tsp, but there are only 5 different funds available (without doing open window that has higher fees and limited amounts). An IRA through fidelity etc gives you much wider investment options, plus there are some nuanced differences in flexibility.
ОтветитьThe military TSP’s main benefit is that its fees are 1/100th of the norm.
ОтветитьTSP is a great program. Basically no excuse if you are military to not retire a millionaire if you match.
ОтветитьI don’t 100% remember his episode, but I do vaguely remember him not having the best vibe. He seems to have matured a lot, and it’s great to see him doing so well. Even more good things to come for him and his wife if he keeps this up!
ОтветитьI hate the zooms so much
ОтветитьYay second person , Right ? second person who had a successful story ! How amazing congrats !
ОтветитьDude's poo4 understanding of compound interest is an indictment on the school system.
ОтветитьThe best follow ups are the successful ones they got their shit together, and it's all just gravy training beautiful to see
ОтветитьI audibly chuckled when he talked about his wife thinking what happened to the money when his paycheck lowered.
ОтветитьWould like to hear more about ideal retirement savings relative to income
ОтветитьI love this man. Thank you for caring and being a good example.
Loved the questions asked. These are conversations that the majority of people need.
Great job dude!
ОтветитьWhy? Because the military is awesome and we need patriots to guard our border.
Ответить@calebhammer Not financial advise: Another reason you’d look into open a Roth IRA regardless of if you can max the TSP Roth, would be to start 5 year rule. Many get to retirement age and run into this issue if they chose to roll it over later in retirement
ОтветитьGood job joey !!!!!
ОтветитьThe first fully successful guest it seems. THIS IS AMAZING TO SEE!!
ОтветитьYou need to start pushing term life insurance on these couples. His wife isn’t working and she hasn’t started a career yet she depends on his income. He needs to have term life insurance. It’s as important as an emergency fund
ОтветитьI clicked on this because of the positive thumb nail! Nice to see praise where praise is due 💪
ОтветитьI love Caleb going in on the bucket allocation for the emergency fund. It’s one of those small choices that you think “isn’t that bad” until you realize later down the road that it’s actually a slippery slope to using your Emergency Fund for non-emergencies.
ОтветитьI enjoy the follow-ups so much more than the initial audits. Less drama and more quality content.
ОтветитьThe advantage to ROTH IRA over / in addition to the ROTH 401(k) is accessibility. You can always get to your Roth IRA contributions should you need to tap them, penalty free. You don’t have that same accessibility in the 401(k). It’s a small thing and hopefully never need it but it’s still an option / advantage to the Roth IRA.
ОтветитьSweet collection dude!!
Ответить"Let's do Weller." Caleb when did you become a whiskey fan? Don't get this guy addicted to collecting whiskey like he collects Gundams.
ОтветитьIf he has that kind of money, then maybe pay towards your spouse's loans while she is still in school. If you make payments towards the loan for that semester then it's interest free.
ОтветитьWell done to the guest! This was such a good follow up. Caleb actually got to educate him and perhaps steer him in a better direction. Rarely do we get to see this side of Caleb anymore. And I love it ❤
ОтветитьYay! 👏✨
Ответитьfinancialauditexpert AI fixes this (Financial Audit by AI). Financial Audit follow-up effort.
ОтветитьWell done!! And they didn't even get into how his wife is graduating and will presumably start earning income too.
ОтветитьGoing into NG while getting 1400 VA disability you won't get paid for the drill days so no extra source of income. You can't double dip in the military... you will be able to contribute to the tsp tho
ОтветитьI love to see amazing progress. That collection is awesome as well
ОтветитьI wonder if he could shoot for a VA disability increase. Or if he goes to school he could use the GI Bill & get the stipend to help with an income increase.
ОтветитьHow is he going to put 10% of 4000 dollars a month into a deposit for a house and buy one in the next century? I like this guy and his plan more that the people who come on and haven't done anything.
ОтветитьI can answer the TSP questions. As a Reservist or a Guard, you can only contribute your military pay to your TSP. But remember your TSP and 401K share the same contribution limits. TSP has one of the lowest if not the lowest management fee out there. So take advantage of the TSP contributions.
