Why my s95b cannot change “picture mode”, it only movie mode?

Why do peopel push filmmaker mode as it would be golden grail of settings that does everything ? It is really poor in experience. Too warm, too dark, too blurry, too jitter. Everything that is wrong is implemented in filmmaker

brightness 50
contrast 50
sharpness 11
saturation 30

contrast - high

tone - warm 1

strongly recommend to go 2 point and change
red - -2
green - -2
blue - +5
to make it between standard and warm

BT (or whatever there is set like 2.2)- 0
shadows - 0

peak - high

color - normal or native with saturation changed to 25

Everything pop, highlights are bright, shadows are dark, its not flat but rich

What about the auto brightness?
Should I disactivate it?
I calibrate the S95B
