Come along with the family as we eat at Shokudo. Shokudo Japanese Restaurant is a trendy restaurant that serves Japanese fusion fare such as sushi, gyoza, and their famous honey toast. Shokudo is known for their amazing honey toast. Honey Toast is also known ascShibuya toast, brick toast , and hanito. It is a Japanese dessert that originated from the district of Shibuya. The main part of honey toast is bread. The bread is hollowed out and then cut into small cubes. The cubes and the loaf shell are then caramelized with a butter and honey mixture The baked cubes go back into the loaf and then it is filled with fruits, toasted nuts, various flavors of syrup or whipped cream. Ice cream is used as a finishing touch.
