I have some experience on mobile banking app revamp before , now I am doing mobile banking app for another bank, will rewrite the entire app in native in the next year. 9 month is a very short time , I took 18 month to finish the phase 1 of the revamp project in my previous company. there are about 15 developer .

I would really like to know the technical difficulties they faced onboarding existing mobile users over to the Flutter app. Were they able to keep users signed in, or did it require users who updated to sign in all over again. I'm guessing the later.

Flutter is a toy. Lags on animation and no native experience. I choose KMM, because is future. Flutter will end up in the same place as react native
