What's the Most Effective Way to Reverse Lupus?

Love the thought of this. I’ve in a huge flare right now and about to get back on the medication to try and get me over the hump a little better. Right now I am exhausted and very sick.

Dr. I was just diagnosed with Lupus in August. I’ve been eating more raw plant based diet and doing ok. I am on 10 mg on prednisone but don’t want to be put on meds in the future. I think the prednisone itself has done more harm than the lupus. Is it possible to control the lupus so much that u can live without being on meds?
