Simple fix and saved her thousands.
ОтветитьI hope this works for me. If so, thank you Richard!
Ответитьonce again hes's there when the husbands at work hehe
ОтветитьI love her expressions during the explanation, she's got the classic "I don't really care man, can you just fix it" look on her face haha
Ответитьawesome
ОтветитьIdk, I don't hear anything
ОтветитьI have the same problem but I live in a condo
ОтветитьMan 🤡.
Do some work for once
Sprayfoam
ОтветитьSo it was just a squeak from water trickling down several feet away
ОтветитьIt’s called thermal expansion. When you run water it expands the pvc and it creates a “dripping” sound inside the wall.
ОтветитьYou Can Tear a Building Down, But You Can't Erase The Memories!
ОтветитьStop wasting clean drinking water by letting it run when you brush your teeth. That's so wasteful. Some people don't have water to drink.
Ответить"When I'm brushing my teeth and have the water running" wtf is wrong with you americans?
ОтветитьHis explanation is killing me from how little sense it makes. The weight of the water is pulling the whole vent system down? lol. The water is still in the sink and you're already hearing the noise!
Stabbing myself in the eye would be preferable to that explanation.
Screw the high five, how about a head job? LOL
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьI hear that noise I think high water pressure.. no one knew she had 140psi during the day..
ОтветитьYou leave the water running while brushing your teeth?? SMH
ОтветитьMy dad has this issue too. He kept rambling on and on about having insects inside the wall, but the rhythmic noise only happens when a faucet is turned on.
I told him it's the vent pipe, he believes none of it, decides to take a power drill to the wall so he can pump some insecticide into space between drywall ... I don't know what to say.. hahaha
10 mins work... That’ll be £900 please
Ответитьis there any way we can ask Richard a question?
Ответитьshe deff sucked him right after the high five
ОтветитьHoly crap you just solved the mystery sound in my bathroom.
ОтветитьI had better tools than that when I was unemployed.
ОтветитьThese guys get all the women!
ОтветитьI did not hear it in the video but she heard it when turning on the faucet. I get this call all the time 9 times out of 10 it’s expansion of water piping going through wood not really understanding the logic of the vent pipe that does not move and has no temperature change causing that.
Ответитьthats something you leave until winter. poor rich was sweating to death in the attic
ОтветитьWow Richard you just save that lady thousands of dollars had that guy talk her into changing the pipes to cast iron
ОтветитьDiagnosing the problem is the hard part, fixing it is easy.
ОтветитьPut a bag over her head with ear plugs
ОтветитьInsulate abaarpti
ОтветитьHigh fives can be so awkward.
ОтветитьDamn you’re sweaty, couldn’t have gotten an intern to saw that crap?
ОтветитьTremendous!
Ответить👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьHowEVER will she pay for this? Hmm.
Ответитьit really would have been nice to HEAR the "ticking" noise.
ОтветитьHow do you quiet a noisy wife???
Ответитьi had the same problem but mine is between the 1st floor n second floor
ОтветитьShould have foamed that hole for fire proofing.
Ответитьi have the same thing but would need to pull the roof sheathing ..its too small in there
