This is a commercial property, which consist of a hotel on its lower floors and residence in the higher floors. And because of its strategic location, within central KL CBD, enjoying a full, unobstructed view of KL tower, and by that, I mean from the foot of the tower right up to the pinnacle of it, the hotel component of this development is in high demand!

This place is swamped by hotel & AirBnB guest on the Saturday morning that I was here reviewing the property. At a glance, I would say there were at least 50 to 70 odd people on the sky floor facilities, with the bulk of them inside the infinity pool. It reminded me of a water theme park filled with kids during the school holidays. That's how jam packed this place was.

Depending on how one looks at it, yes, it packed, and hence, it's bad as you can't really enjoy the facilities. That's certainly frustrating if you're an owner who wants to chill and relax. Or you can be a landlord, renting out the unit, be it short term or long term, and feel completely at peace, because demand is so good, your occupancy is always back to back.
