I have recently started to invest with a diversified portfolio. Mainly ETF, some single stocks and some Crypto. I am also a bit afraid that I chose the wrong time to invest, just as you described. Whaichbrings me to my thought: Why not sell everything once recession or market correction hits and wait it out, minimizing losses and then continuing my strategy once worst is over? I've never seen anybody discuss this and I wonder why. Is it just because market timing is a bit tricky, or is there some deeper reason? Sure, market timing is hard, but doesn't that approach minimize losses after all, especially for somebody who just strated investing, like myself?

One question, I was investing a bit in Bitcoin since a while in TradeRepublic, but as you say the fees are high. I thought about buying directly from a exchange and most of people I know are recommending me Kraken because they have been in the field for quite a long time. Do you only use Bitvavo as they have lower fees? Thanks a lot again!

Angelo another question from me that seeks your expertise in ETFs: In trading212, I have a pie 70% VUAA 30% FWRA.... I have seen your video for the Invesco FTSE but towards 2025, keep the same balance (70-30) or adjust it more towards 50-50 ?

Please could you make a video of how you rebalance without having to pay taxes?

I am also a trully believer of rebalancing and structural allocation, however not when it comes to Bitcoin, due to its cycle. Reducing position on it to put in to equities or even cash, I see as losing its greater potential since historically 2025 tends to be the best year of the current cycle.

So for BTC I see that “playing” according to its cycle overcomes recurrent revision on structural allocation. Unless it is in a 4year basis.

Man FTSE All-World index has such a low return rate, do at least the S&P 500 index ETF. I myself invest in Invesco EQQQ Nasdaq 100 and the return is grater than the S&P. Since i want to invest at least the next 15 years i don't care about the volatility since it will keep going up in the end. Just do a chart comparison between Nadaq 100 and All world. Crazy!. Anyway thx for the info.

you know, you keep saying that nobody can predict what the market will do, making fun of "experts", while placing a huge bet on sustained growth year after year, mentioning periods when all time highs are achieved every year.

However, you need to ask yourself, are you ready for another period like the 70es or the 2000s, when an S&P based portfolio returned 0 gains? I understand you are in FTSE world index, so some diversification exists, but taking into account taxes and inflation, I would be wary of a single etf strategy going forward from here - it is fun in a bull run, but might be followed by a decade or more of stagnation, if not regression due to inflation of currency.

Sorry for a full essay :D I genuinely want to hear your opinion.

What about strengthening small cap exposure, emerging markets/BRICS and commodities/metals/commodity producers? All of these are so undervalued a child with a trading view account could see it

For now i only hold cash and receive dividends. After trump take lidership i will see what to do after summer 2025. For now is to risky in all time highs.

Do you sell well performing products and re-invest the yield in low performing products? If you do it like this don‘t you worry about the capital gain tax (KEST) which you would need to forcefully pay at during such a process?

I've just started last week and it feels better to be a part of the most productive companies in the country (Egy) , no worries on the long run and I just keep contributing to double the intial depoit by the end of 2025 , God willing!

I bought VANECK CRYPTO AND BLOCKCHAIN INNOVATORS UCITS ETF. This way I get exposure to companies that deal with BTC, not to BTC itself. The returns are obviously lower but it's a safer bet if things go bad for BTC since people will make transactions both way. It contains exchanges, mining firms and on-ramp intermediaries. I set it at 20%. The rest is All-World and s&p for me too.

It's a shame to do paid advertising and not talk about it straight. Your fake recommendations will destroy this channel, wait for it ;)

Hi Angelo! What do you think of Trading 212 for keeping cash? They now offer higher than 3.25%. I think 3.70% now. And what do you think about keeping different currencies as well not only EUR? For example they also offer 4.35% on USD or 4.90% on GBP.
