Idk if it was just me but when I played this the ground textures were flickering horribly just stuttering like crazy and it hurt my eyes. I have a Radeon 6650XT it shouldn't be doing that.

That's hardly a defense. Highground, chokepoint, hill turrets, unlimited units guarding the one entrance. That's a sure victory even in real life unless you use modern tech
