What struck me is that the six digits of the vortex are exactly the six digits of the repeating decimal 1/7 but in a different order: 142857. And of course, we see the same 6 digits in the same order, but with a different starting point, in 2/7, 3/7, etc. That is intriguing.

i recently "discovered" that everything you multiply with 9 the cross sum always also is 9. Does it also have to do with our 10 digit number system? Its a total mystery to me.
