At Point Du Hoc theres huge indentations in the ground where U.S.S. Texas fired her 14" guns. The German pillboxes were enteresting too. All over Normandy theres small French museums with German armor where you pay 20 francs to go in.

Is there persistence in this dlc? Sort of like if you capture an MG42, you get to use it in the next mission, or like if a unit dies, they are gone for good, anything like that?

Is it the largest armada of ships ever though? What about Lepanto or the Mongol invasions of Japan, or some of the huge naval battles of the first Punic War with hundreds of thousands on each side

They forgot to add a legendary medic to this mission.

I remember playing COD 2 and storming Point Du Hoc with the Rangers and seeing that the guns were gone. All those men climbing those cliffs and dying to destroy something that wasn't even there. I can't imagine what those men thought back in '44 when they got to those bunkers and they were empty or had fakes. Great video Wolf, looking forward to the rest of the campaign!

I’m curious how Wolfpack manages to get through the 3rd mission (Operation Cobra)… I’m on Hardcore difficulty and still haven’t managed it after my 6th attempt. I just can’t take their HQ

I know it's not 2nd rangers but a good book if you're going to run the ranger campaign is Reflections of Courage on D Day and the Days That Followed a Personal Account of Ranger Ace Parker. Read it last summer and I highly recommend it.
