PENSA SE BEETHOVEN NON FOSSE STATO SORDO.....
My favorite classical piece, but not my favorite version.
Too beautiful....🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶
Majestuoso, imponente, inspirador el maestro Rubinstein.
Superb ,genial, stralucitor!!! S. Baciu
Someone made me a gift with this vinil record. This is my first time ever listening to it and, I must say, the allegro kinda sounds like Mozart, it's a beautiful piece. The andaggio and third act are absolutely unique
UN NUEVO DISFRUTE
It'right
This is exactly what I want to be when I grow up!
Classical music ...the ignored fountain of youth.
Just perfect . Thank you God
For some reason I love to listen to this concerto on Hogmanay. It sets the right mood, especially when the performance is as great as this.
Wonderful Interpretation!

Oh ! this is Beethoven! beautiful playing! Arthur Rubinstein !
The greatest genius of his time on the piano. A great man and a noble soul. A time witness of a past, wonderful time that will never come back again.

Una interpretación muy original, elegante!.
Firstly, This is the music of my cosmic-scale dreams.
Secondly, what was that oboeist doing that he needed to replace his reeds in the middle of the second movement? I simply must know.
Signed, the woodwind-ist.
Magnifica interpretazione.
However the most serene moments are of an indescribable beauty.
This piano concerto is different from the molds of other four that Beethoven composed. Not only for its intense sound but also for some triumphalism that it presents. However, it is a masterpiece composed by the greatest musician that existed so far. Rubinstein was also one of the best known pianists to date. His sensitivity, cadence and technique are unique and extraordinary. The orchestra is amazing. Thanks for this moments of true pleasure.Bravissimo.
Bellissimo!!
No one has the calm, the style, the elegance and the warmth and still the passion like this anymore. These humans just don't exist anymore. The great artur and the great Schneider. Just listen to the Schneider quartet play the Haydn quartets. No one can turn that stuff into music like that.
Ever worked while having tears in your eyes? It happens to me when listening to this recording while trying to work.
Rubinstein Nr 1 in the Beethoven opera
Having Artur Rubenstein interpreting Beethoven is as close to the source as one can get. Rubenstein was a student of Karl Barth, who was a student of Franz Liszt, who was a student of Carl Czerny, who was a student of Beethoven himself. Happy 250th Birthday Ludwig!!!
