my biggest medical hack for my family
is when you take a tablet or any thing else
what i do is crush the tablet add some milk then put in the tablet that you crushed
then for me some how it tastes like milkshake try it and yes i noticed i said TaBleT so i mean a pill......

I do the ice on the neck feet I'm hot water trick someone told me about it once and I just applied what I figured about bruising in reverse. Head pulsing put cold send the blood to somewhere far away and warm 😂 though i figured I have blood everywhere always anyways 😅

I've had photic sneezing occur as long as i can remember. When i was a kid i thought everyone had it. Turns out it's less than about a third of us. I like it because I can always trigger those weird, annoying sneezes that won't finish themselves. 😊

If a sinus headache has been debunked, what is it? Like a pressure headache or something? I have a cold right now and my head hurts, I think it's partly because my sinuses are full but now I'm confused? Not asking advice, just info

its called a photic sneeze reflex. i dont why it happens but it does. as proven by doctor mike later in the video

Talking about the heart attack, i deal with POTs and the occasional SVT. Literally the only signal that my body gives me when my SVT happens is i will feel an acid reflux like feeling in my throat😂😂 had one trigger on my heart monitor and the company contacted my dr who called me because it was lasting for longer than 10 minutes and i had no clue except the "acid reflux". It makes no sense to me.

i have the sun sneezing gene (i sneeze when looking at the sun or some bright lights), like 30% of the population has it and i got it from my mom, and tbh it's so nice, i'm not jelous of y'all who can't do that because i just feel a sneeze coming then i just look up at the light and BAM, it's so nice

Low key the bathroom thing works. If I have to go to the bathroom really bad but I’m still far away I “rub” the area (back of the knee by the top of the calf) really hard and the sensation will go away for a bit (I discovered it’s more of a really strong pushing the area works better then rubbing)

One treatment for overactive bladder is tibial nerve stimulation. Perhaps this is were they were going with that. Not sure just scratching the back of your leg would do much.

Personally, I sneeze when I see the sun (only after being inside usually) I'm told it's a blue eyes thing but my mom does it too and she has green/hazel eyes and my dad doesn't and he has blue eyes
