ОтветитьSeed oils are destroying the mitochondria! The evidence is clear.
ОтветитьDr Chris palmeris is so truthful about whats going on with food industry and the they are given us the wrong information.
They don't care about your life or mine , it's about money .
I can see the sadness in his eyes . Lovely man cares about people ❤
To me it seems that more food fibre in your gut might help regulate how you deal with your food.
ОтветитьI love you Dr Palmer. PLEAS stay calm; you are talking to a very unstable disbelieving world . PLEASE do not let them get under your skin. Stay Calm, and Carry On🙏🙏

It's not about seeing medications work and whether or not they work at times and certain applications, but it's about defaulting to those things rather than making sure the other things that are creating the situation that appears to necessitate the concoction, those causative factors are often not addressed, and so continues what many understand is the core of the corruption.
ОтветитьApart from having to skip the adverts around 200 times this was a truly great listen!!
ОтветитьInteresting. Years ago, I remember listening to Dr. Jack Kruse on how blue light and sleep cycles affect mitochondria. He put a big emphasis on mitochondria and melatonin and sleep cycles, and he has some bio hacks for these things. Worth checking out, IMO.
ОтветитьThank for the interview tom
ОтветитьTom bilyeu used the fancy word milieu lol
ОтветитьThere's an inverse relationship between schizophrenia and Alzheimer's. If you get one, you won't get the other. Makes sense if it's metabolic you'd only get 1 of them and never both
ОтветитьFor the life of me I can’t understand how this guy got his own show with all these great guest.
ОтветитьWow, what an incredible interview. I listened to it, then listened to it again. Dr. Palmer is connecting the pieces of a giant jigsaw puzzle, helping us see the bigger picture of metabolic and mental health and it's interconnectivity to our mitercondria's health, A very interesting and pertainate hypothesis, needing more research and funding. Worthy of a Nobel Prize. A truly incredible humanitarian.
Thank you both!
The last 30 years only goes back to 1990. And that's probably when we could say a lot of this began late '80s through the '90s
ОтветитьI love this idea. Metabolic/mitochondrial disturbances at the core of so many “intractable” biological problems. It feels true. It also feels powerful…like we each have been given a vehicle (our bodies) that is far more powerful than most of us actually know how to drive.
I’ve had childhood trauma, anxiety problems leading to physical exhaustion, and frankly, plenty of adult trauma. In the past few years, I’ve felt too much of a drop off in metabolic energy to be accounted for by simple aging.
I’ve been using methylene blue just the past month and really feeling well. It increases metabolic efficiency, improves oxygenation of mitochondria and nerve cells, and it’s anti aging! My skin looks so good! Good energy, even high energy. The list of everything methylene blue can do makes it sound like snake oil. But it is powerful. Anything that improves mitochondrial function improves the entire body. Taking NMN makes it even better. Look into those two. I know, NMN is being targeted by the FDA. It’s still available.
Of course, exercise, eat a nutritious diet, sleep. Get labs and make sure you’re not deficient in anything. But check into methylene blue. Caution, it increases production and efficiency of neurotransmitters. Don’t take it with antidepressants or adderall type drugs.
I believe that the root cause of mental disorders come from unresolved trauma that may lead to imbalance in the brain. It doesnt have to be hige trauma. Read Anxiety RX, as someone with OCD it has been so helpful in changing my life. All anxiety and alarm in the body is separation anxiety. I think western medicine has it wrong in terms of mental illness.
ОтветитьEvolution is a lie
ОтветитьGood interview, Tom please disable the ads in the middle of your videos. Love doctor Palmer, I suffer from recurring depression most of my adult life, on meds for 20 years, took years to come off of them, Dr Palmer just put the puzzle pieces together as to why I feel I lose my stability during stressful times and want to go back on meds. Thank you Dr Palmer I need resilience and will employ your suggestions.
ОтветитьNon psychiatric diagnosed person says to pychiatrically diagnosed person, with exaggerated reaction to a stressor:
"Don't you see, other people just don't have this problem."
Reply is:
"Don't you see, other people just don't have this problem."
And it’s not just diet but eating habits too. But let’s consider that the mind is more powerful and controls biology and the brain. When the patient has an epiphany many diseases will disappear or symptoms ameliorate tremendously.
ОтветитьThat was a great lay explanation Tom.Write that down!
ОтветитьThis man deserves the Nobel Peace Prize.
ОтветитьTitle should be Dr. Chris Palmer: Hope for the Hopeless: Metabolic Psychiatry - Treating Refractory Mental Illness and Improving Mental Health with Mitochondrial Optimization. Tom, thank you for everything you do. Thank you for having Dr. Palmer on your program. Who is responsible for naming your episodes?
ОтветитьSo... I'm glad this is being discussed and that we're bringing mitochondria and metabolic understanding into it. However, I have made multiple attempts to go paleo. 10 years ago I did a strict 8 months of paleo with steadily worsening and of all symptoms, energy, inability to metabilize food into energy, brain and memory failing. I couldn't understand it and nobody was able to help me. I tried it again a few years ago and the same thing happened. I experienced an extreme decrease in my physiological and brain health, very suddenly and have had trouble recovering. I had to give up all but maybe 12 foods. It turns out I have problems with Salicylates and sulfur/thiols and I just figured out why paleo didn't work for me. Glutamate acts as an excitotoxin, for me. And yes, it's poisoning my mitochondria.. in my brain and in my gut and throughout my body. It's insidious and nobody has been able to help me figure out how to fix this thing. You're the first to mention the mitochondria toxicity, Dr. Palmer. Where do I go from here? I am the opposite of the peole who Keto helps. You mentioned the autistic community. I'm one of those. Less and less high functioning with strong attributes of ADD. What is my next step? Please get me walking in the right direction!
ОтветитьDr Palmer you are godsent😊
ОтветитьExercise, lose weight, eat whole food. That is BALANCE. That fixes most problems. USA is a wasteland, spiritual waste land, no community, just political wars. We are played off against each other by politicians who collude to rob the tax payers and citizens blind, deaf, and dumb. Tragic. Can we take better care of children than computers? Can we walk away from the failed politics and policies? Inflation has warped the fabric of society. We need a reset to get balance.
ОтветитьThats why the mozlems dont take alkohols😮
ОтветитьDeppopulation, dejumanisation is going well?🤔
ОтветитьLook at the mozlems teachings...lifestyle, self discipline inc fastings, [if divine help is not your option]..they have most of the refered methods and they practise them. The mid eastern people foods are.mostly fatty and ketogenic
ОтветитьDamn, your sugar Kung Fu is too strong.
ОтветитьI stopped drinking coffee because it pushed my biological 24 hour clock into 26-27 hour days. Even if I drank the coffee early at the morning I still wasn't sleepy at my regular hour. So we consume things that affect our psyche in ways we have no idea and than are amazed when we get sick by them.
ОтветитьI started a deep dive into nutrition and mitochondrial health due to long covid and doctors who told me there was nothing wrong, and nothing they could do for me. Which is it? Is there nothing wrong, or is there nothing you can do for what's wrong. Frustrating. Anyway, I still have long covid but my symptoms are so much more manageable, and my life is far better for having done the deep dive. My heart breaks for people I love who refuse to change their diet, their eating choices, and simple lifestyle choices but dread the long slow decline they are currently experiencing. Impact Theory gives me a place to suggest people go to find their own way, and that is golden. Thank you.
ОтветитьDude. Your videos are very professional, informative and important UNLIKE the cringe video titles. I’m too embarrassed to share these videos with friends simply because of the titles.
ОтветитьI love Dr. Palmer's work. So I subscribed to this channel. Then I found that I'm getting adds every 3 minutes or so, ridiculous. Unsubscribed.
ОтветитьGreat video. I would love to se research on their gut microbiomes as well. There was a video I saw a while ago about how fecal microbial transplants can change a fully autistic child to a high functioning autistism. So if the microbiome plays a big role then people who have a poor microbiome while giving birth may produce an autistic child.
ОтветитьI m not saying that I do not agree with this dr saying.I m the first who wish to be true,to really work. But I have a question.A professional one. You say that this is not going to happens right away. Then you say that if mentaly ill ppl are taking their alopatic medicine, this us not going to work at all.Ok.Then,what should we do with ppl who are having serious mental problems, ppl who may die by not taking medication. And they are so many that have jobs and cannot take half year off from their job,to stay at home and wait for me to to start working. If you are or was a clinic practitioner on Psychiatric field ,you know what I mean.Give me a feazable solution and I ll take it.
ОтветитьMitochondria = midichlorians? Dr Palmer suggested that in another interview. Science fiction often does foreshadow reality.
Ответитьwhen you guys stop those shitty titles, nobody was learned. the science for it went out recently. so stop scamming for sensation
ОтветитьI've been on a keto diet for one year but still have bad inflammation 😢
ОтветитьOur creators, regulators, and controllers--mitochondria. Metobolic malfunction seems to me to be behind all disease/lack of healing.
ОтветитьI've been really stressed and upset to see so many people with schizophrenia these days. I never knew anyone 15 years ago and then all of a sudden there is a dozen people in my life with it. I was engaged to someone with it not long ago, but the relationship just didn't make it. I've lived with six people with it and three of them were all at the same time.
ОтветитьNot once did either of my parents or my older bro say you shouldn't eat this or that in my childhood and I paid dearly for it. My mom was also a junk food addict so there was no shortage of sugar in the house. The only thing I was concerned about sugar doing to me was damaging my teeth, I never thought it was burning me up from the inside out. I was already sick in my early teens and now at 37 I'm ruined. The past 14 years have been exceptionally terrible, and I feel like I've searched forever for this knowledge. This video is so relatable to me it's freaky, and I have so much I want to say about it that I'm going to have to make a video to post on here myself regarding all this.

ОтветитьWhat happened to the title “alcohol”..
ОтветитьCan Dr. Palmer or someone knowledgeable comment on polypropylene surgical mesh? I am a young woman and I have double layers of mesh on both sides due to inguinal hernias. I feel like they are causing some reaction and I want to know how to live with it. I am already leading an extremely cautious and healthy lifestyle, trying to have the best diet and got off all meds since the surgery, feeling better, but this is just compensating what is now inside of me. I am worried.
ОтветитьListen to this Man now, He will revolutionize the psychiatric field. His book "brain energy" is amazing and anyone interested im neurology and psychiatry should read it.
ОтветитьThe eureka moment for Jesse Inchauspe was when she experienced her dissociative episodes triggered by blood sugar spiking with her continuous glucose monitor
ОтветитьMakes me think of mitochondria as the brain of the cell.
ОтветитьThank you... welcome to the matrix
ОтветитьTom, the information that you and Dr Chris presented is amazing and easy to understand. But your use of "F" bombs is very crude. I'm sure with your education you can find a more appropriate way to express your ideas. If you noticed Dr. Chris didn't use profanity, but he is a professional. 🌻 ❤🌻
