ОтветитьWhen I was told to do bridge I dont really work out but I do gymnastics so I went in to a bridge/back bend instead of doing this bridge thing that I didn't even know existed😂

ОтветитьI used to workout regularly but i stopped since a year and some more, and been wanting to start working our regularly again and was struggling to get myself to do any workout, today i looked up some body inspo, swam a little and decided to let my ego aside and start from where i started as a beginner years ago, the animated dolls working out always help me restart my fitness journey it helped me in 2016 start my first fitness journey, and then again in 2020, and now once again today in 2023, thanks a lot for this channel 🩵

ОтветитьI won’t lie i haven’t gotten incredibly out of shape since Covid. Im trying to make some changes in my life. This exercise was nice and easy for beginners. I always want to throw myself into tough work outs but im definitely not ready for those yet and it can be discouraging not being able to keep up. I won’t lie, some of the moves in this video were hard for me simply because of the weight I’ve put on. But it was only 10 mins long and felt enough to feel accomplished for getting some movement in
