Holy sh*t this is the best video I’ve ever seen! I feel like I learned more in this video then I did in school from preK to senior year lmao!
ОтветитьAwesome vid. Totally explained this better than any book/manual I've read. Thank you
ОтветитьBrest scooter video I have ever seen.
ОтветитьIm currently Working on a yamaha 1998 jog restore. This was very useful for my recent success in getting the bike backup and running. Thanks
ОтветитьNew to carbs. Feel like I got it now. Thanks subbed
ОтветитьIs it bad idea to replace CV carburetor to a slide one in a 450cc dual cylinder chopper? what are the cons? hard to find a cv one for reasonable price..
ОтветитьWhere is the link to buy the O2 gauge?
ОтветитьWas a great video trying to get dt 175 runs to redline and postie bike starts runs for 5 seconds then dies its all a learning curve thanks
ОтветитьIf you have a moment.
I have a 250cc single cylinder 4 stroke.
Pretty much stock except for a slip on can. I believe the change is mostly cosmetic since both the cat and 38mm reducer is still intact on the pipe.
Idles perfectly and accelerate smooth as butter till just below 3/4 throttle.
It even accelerates smooth past 3/4 as long as im smooth on the throttle.
But on hard WOT dumps and at the end of the rev range, it has these micro stutters/hiccups/hesitations. It almost feels as if it cuts power for split seconds. No hanging idle no actual bogging, just these micro hesitations only at WOT dumps and end of rev range.
Any suggestions?
That's not a choke, it's an enrichment circuit.
Choke "chokes" the air at the filter side of the slide to help draw more fuel. Hence the name choke
You forgot one thing how to find tune carburetor with the idle screw in front
ОтветитьGreat video super helpful. Thanks
ОтветитьOops sorry wrong video was looking for how to tune a fish
Ответитьfantastic insight, thank you sir!
ОтветитьStoic is short for stoichiometric. It’s not stoh-ick it’s st-oy-ck
ОтветитьThat was probably of the most straight forward carb video ive seen. Keep up the great informational content!!
Ответитьjust went from not knowing how or what a carborators is to yea I got dis
ОтветитьI have a question what should I adjust if my tote goat only starts with starting fluid
ОтветитьUntil now I thought pilot handled all reanges of mix ratio Ty!!
Ответитьhow does the choke works in this kind of carb? i have mine using the butterfly thing. maybe im planning to replace it with this kind of carb
ОтветитьSure....but how do you tune a fish?
Ответитьgreat info. i already know how to do it and this was a great way to teach it to they who dont know
ОтветитьHi. I sent a message on instagram, could you help me with my carburetor? Please, I really need help!
ОтветитьI'm super poor can you gift me one of them beautiful carbs for my gy650cc zummer scooter please
ОтветитьYou can tune a carb but you can't tuna fish.
ОтветитьThe best video about this topic on the internet! Thanks you got us covered about all the questions 😀
ОтветитьGreat video bro. I definitely
learned a great deal from all the information that you talked about. Appreciate all the time that it must have taken you to put this together . Very informative
for sure.
Does the wide band sensor work on 2strokes?
ОтветитьI have a vm22 and how you said it would bog when its lean and it would sputter when its rich. If i pull my throttle a little bit ittle go but if i go farther a bit then ittle bog out and when i full throttle ittle speed up like it was going full throttle. Would that be either or, or a mix in between lol
ОтветитьOk I just found this video can anyone help me my bike runs great for about 30 min then for some reason it cuts power for a few seconds then backfires then I get power again and it will do that forever about every min or so I’m guessing it’s a carb issue but as far as I can tell it’s unique??? PLEASE HELP
ОтветитьThank you for this
ОтветитьExcellent video, thanks!
ОтветитьAmal concentric carbs have a needle jet ( which doesn't seem to have been mentioned on your vid) as well as the pilot and main jets, the purpose of which would be useful to know.
ОтветитьExcellent video, man...I learned more about carburetion in the 35 minutes of this video than I had in the previous 48 years of my life...well done
ОтветитьLooking at this video because I am having bog when opening up the throttle quickly on a xr600r I just assembled from a pile of parts. None of my other 600's have this issue. My take on it is that I need to try lowering the clip one notch. This video gave me more understanding than I had before.
ОтветитьExplained perfectly Thanks!!!
ОтветитьDo you ship the kit to Australia?
ОтветитьOutstanding video. Thank you!!!
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьElectronic fuel injection and electronic ignition systems work very well, until they don't. They can and do just die without warning. Carburetors and points ignition systems fail gradually and warn you of the impending doom. And they are roadside repairable.
ОтветитьThank you for putting this all into layman's terms! I get it, I understand what your saying,I'm definitely learning. You my good sir are an excellent teacher. Thank you again 😊
ОтветитьAwesome video! Good break down, great visuals. Im a pretty knowledgeable guy but I still definitely learned a few things.
Ответитьthe sound is very different after adjustment....purrrs just right, thank you very easy to understand .....
