3 thinly sliced cucumbers
1/4 Tsp Salt
3 TBS rice vinegar
1 TBS sugar
1/4 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame seeds
Mix Cucumbers + salt let sit 5 mins - the water will come out
In a separate bowl mix until dissolved- Sugar +Vinegar + soy sauce
Next, squeeze H20 out of cucumbers (important) discard H2O
Mix the Sugar +Vinegar + soy sauce+ cucumbers
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
You can mix in sea weed or octopus or just eat like this.
Eat Yum!

ОтветитьFINALLY. I found that amazing little cucumber dish I got when I went to sushi when I was little... They always gave it as a complimentary starter and i never found out what it was called ❤❤❤
