I’d turn that meat into some delicious tacos. Very popular inn Mexico.

If you have a pressure cooker or Instant Pot, it only takes 45 minutes to cook.

Score the tounge before you boil it. The skin will come off much easier.

Cooked up a moose tongue this way this weekend. Used a pressure cooker to speed up the process. Had a half dozen squeemish people change their minds about tongue including myself. Thanks for recipe and great video. The visual component to this dish is a big part of its success.

Its unfortunate we r not given the recipe.
It looks really good. But without recipe measure measurements. I have no way to fix it myself

Braise it for three hours, or boil it for three hours? I’m confused, can you please clarify.

Haven't had it in a grip but my favorite tongue recipe is smoked moose tongue sandwich. I have no idea what my friends dad's process entailed but that was an annual treat at their place, assuming they got a moose of course. I need to call him up and get the recipe. Great Video as always.

The only way I've had tongue up to this point is a pickled bison tongue. It was a great flavor, and it fell apart wonderfully.

I recently got 3 pig tongues that I'm going to use this recipe for. I'm super excited to try it!

We keep the taste buds on. Nothing wrong with it. Boiled the heart and tongue into a soup with flour. Bannock and moose tongue and heart soup is the best. Way better than beef. I love it.

I have gained a lot of respect for guys who hunt properly by watching your shows.
You should try an Iranian dish called Kalle Pache. You boil sheep head on medium heat for 4-6 hours. Turmeric, salt, a dash of cinnamon, onions and garlic. You can eat the meat on the face, the eye balls (remove the black of the eye), tongue and the brain, with some lemon juice sprinkled on top. The water is also delicious.

I'll give this a try with moose calf tongue. Horseradish is my usual condiment, here in Alberta its abundant along river banks.

Butter fried liver and lungs, sprinkle with chopped garlic and parsley give that a wirl. Rarely do i see people eat lungs(in some parts of Europe its known as "white liver"). Every bit as delicious as actual liver.

Cheers
