Wisp is a pretty great Crit frame all things considered, like the fact her augment seems to scale off Ability Strength. Which allows you to have a nearly free 250% crit buff. Great on the Incarnon Genesis weapons.

You want some fun, Kullervo's 1 gives the auto red crit rate buff when you just use the teleport alone and not target an enemy. When you use the standard Wrathful Advance it makes a Heavy Attack that burns Melee Combo, when you just teleport you get the boosted Melee Crit Chance you keep the combo multiplier because you didn't do a Heavy Attack. Invert Kullervo controls on PC and Teleport to get auto Red Crits on all melee attack plus Tenokai's combo free heavy attack = 1.7- 3mill crits with even crap melee weapon when timed and aimed at the head for head shot multipler.

TLDR: Targeting the Wrathful Advance skill on an enemy directly will burn/use melee combo with the Auto Red Crit Heavy Attack. Tennokai Heavy Attacks do not use/effect melee combo. The Wrathfull Advance alternate use (hold to teleport) still gives same Melee Crit Rate buff for the same duration with out using melee combo. Use Wrathfull Advance as a Teleport by aiming at a wall/floor, gain auto red crits on melee swings temporarily and abuse with combo free Tennokai heavy attacks = Kratos Spartan Rage in WF with red crit heavy attacks with no Combo cost Fun!

You can use the also use the Rauta shotgun with Kullervo for the 7 second combo duration boost and shoot something every now and then when your combo goes below 6 or just use a Primer weapon for more damage.Edit (only if you can afford a potato and fit in Condition Overload is a primer worth it.)
A rank 0 Clan Dojo melee weapon with a proper Stance Mod and just Point Strike, Killing Blow, Mentors Legacy, the melee crit damage mod and an fill in the rest of the mod capacity with a Drifting Contact can red crit in the milions with a Tennokai attack without burning Combo by abusing Wrathful Advance's crit chance buff by just teleporting into a corner instead of directly into the Eximus you want to attack. Need good Abality Str and decent Duration, Wrathfull Advance is cheap @25 Enery base so Efficiency shouldn't be a worry with good energy managment.

Teleport next to your target; hit the weak ones with the Auto Red Crit attacks; then use your Combo free Tennokai Heavy Attack for a possible 3mill+ red crit thanks DE. I'm currently trying to farm the mod that gives a Tennokai attack every 4 attacks instead of random to make this idea consistent and a possible viable melee play style.

what I learned today is that bullshit weapon buffs are stored in the cheeks

One thing that I appreciate with weapons with radius is : can't see a thing ? Did you red crit ? The enemy is probably dead then.
