Hi Friends! Today We make Restaurant Style/ Shadiyon wali Mushroom Matar ki Sabji in easy and simple way at home. We make the sabji in Pressure Cooker.

Ingredients:
200g Mushroom
1/2 kg Green Peas
Mustard Oil
2 Onions ( Medium sized )
4 Tomatoes ( Medium sized )
Ginger
4-5 Garlic Cloves
Green Chilli
Fresh Coriander
Salt ( as per taste)
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Degi Mirch Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Fennel powder
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Black Salt ( as per taste)
1 tsp Dry Coriander powder
Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Dry Fenugreek leaves
1 cup Homemade Cream
