I was Bindis age when Steve died, I loved watching his show, I came home from school and my mom broke the news to me that the crocodile hunter had died. I was heartbroken, it was the first time in my life dealing with death. I cant imagine how it was for his family and friends.

I grew up with Steve and it still breaks my heart to watch things like this

Bindi he will come home when you pass away he'll be there waiting for you same with your mom they with both be there by the time you pass just remember that and life will be way better for you

I know my comment is late but bindi and steves family im sorry foe ur loss . Steve was a great person . I loved his shows when i was a kid and i learned alot from watching his shows. My grandma even loved his shows and usually my grandma isnt a fan of that type of thing but my grandma and i agreed steve made his tv shows fun to watch. Ur alot like ur dad bindi so is robert.

this stuff always makes me cry. their relationship reminds me of the relationship i had with my dad when i was just 3-4 years older than her. i remember watching steve irwin with my dad when i was a kid. around the time steve irwin died is when my parents divorced and i never saw my dad again. im 29 years old now and looking back at videos of steve irwin reminds me of my childhood and of my father. i miss these times when steve was still here

Steve was my hero when I was growing up. My love for animals came from him. He showed my all animals were special not just the cute and fluffy ones. Thank you steve 🙏 for being such an inspiration not just to me but the thousand that grew up with your show. ❤

Bindi is so beautiful

People always made Jokes because He seemed to be such a daredevil when in fact He cherished all living things and would go out on a limb to bring them into our homes. Steve was unique in that He could teach you all the while exciting and sometimes scare you as He did so. I always thought if that fateful day ever came it would be one of the Snakes or the Crocs that got him, not the gentle Stingray who many of us have pet in real life. Bindi is so much like Steve, Strong, brave and a Heart that exudes Love of all Life. He is not forgotten and will always be the Face of conservation to those of us that traveled with Him on those adventures. I remember this season and normally don't watch this show but I did tune in for Bindi and Family. She lost Her Father and for us we lost a wonderful Animal guide and Protector of Animals all over.

I remember coming home from school and finding out that Steve passed. I couldn’t believe that someone who felt so invincible could ever die. It was like losing a family member of my own.

Undoubtedly, the best, most touching and most beautiful dance in the history of Dancing with the stars.
This is the only one I repeatedly revisit for it's beauty.

bindi was on dwts right after my dad passed. i was 16 and didn't know how to process it. the first time i cried about him was watching this dance. this was one of his favorite songs, too. love to the whole irwin family always x

I can't watch this and videos of them they still makes me cry, he was a part of me and my kids growing up too. We felt like it was losing a friend, the world lost a friend, and watching Bindi and seeing him in her and Robert still brings back a tear.

Bindi, the entire world loves and roots for you and your mom and brother. We love your dad so much, but you and your brother are a living testament to his impact. He is so fucking proud of you. I just imagine him looking down on his family and beaming with pride, knowing that they are following in his footsteps and that his wife is always by his side

Greatest thing about this "tribute" was the use of "Every Breath You Take"...which was a song about an obsessed stalker.
